I have had my iPhone screen replaced a couple times since my iPhone 5, and I can tell that Alex's screen quality is really similiar to the original screen that came from Apple. The touch is smooth and accurate as well as the color reproduction. I'm very well pleased and glad with his service. I took my faulty iPhone 8 in for repair. He put the laptop down he was repairing, asked me what’s happening and like a doctor, deduced that there was a fault with the battery.

We needed an assessment done for Insurance purposes on my Son's Apple IPhone 6 - to see if it could be repaired, or not.
I obtained Alex's details off Google (Device Service Ltd) in Sunnyhills, East Auckland and had the assessment done.
To my surprise, we were not charged for this assessment, although a report and photographs were sent through to me via an email - all taking his time! His communication was outstanding.
Unfortunately, the phone was not repairable, so we couldn't give Alex our business...

Two days ago I had taken in my PS4 for a repair fix of my hdmi, but he noted that it was a different problem than what I expected. Undoubtedly he fixed it in under two hours. He was very helpful, and insightful in terms of identifying the problem and explanation of how it was caused, and provided essential tips on how to maintain my console- also he was very quick and responsive.
In a time like so, his professional, quick, affordable services are much appreciated during this time of quarantine, as now I get to enjoy playing my ps4 for the next 4 weeks!

Z.Amazing service! My iPhone’s motherboard was short-circuited, I thought it was a gonner, but Alex fixed it within 2 days and even kindly saw me the day it broke on a public holiday. Highly recommended :)
J.Alex replaced our faulty IPad Air screen which had been previously replaced by another company. He also discovered that the charging port was malfunctioning and the unit was not charging to full capacity. No doubt this has been the case since the previous repair.
Frustrating to have to replace the screen a 3rd time (twice at previous repairer due to a new faulty screen!) but Alex took the time to check our iPad for other related faults, notified us, did further bench testing and repaired all issues.
The iPad is working fine now, and hopefully will continue to for years to come.

L.I have a specialised gaming laptop that i had taken to the Authorised repair agents and also to PB Tech who both came back that they could not repair and a new motherboard would be over $2k. T.Definitely a place to consider for Mac repairs. Alex is more than knowledgeable and provided me with some good advice. Diagnostics is free which was a plus considering that other repair shops wanted $300 for this. Took my mid 2012 MacBook Pro there since it was not charging and could not switch on. I also had an issue with my Audio speakers not working. Within 10 minutes Alex found the problem and advised on the cheapest, best options. He did not charge me any money for this so hopefully this review will help his business. I will definitely recommend this shop for repairs.

R.Had a iPhone 6 plus with symptoms of touch disease, a problem that occurs when the iPhone 6 has been bent, damaging the internal components of the phone, which deteriorates the touch function over time, until it finally stops functioning.
Alex was very friendly and had specific skills needed to fix this issue, that were uncommon to find elsewhere in New Zealand.
He outlined any risks and explained exactly what needed to be done to repair the device.
I trusted he would be able to fix the iPhone, and he delivered just that.
The services required were priced very well, also a great policy where if the device was not fixed, there were no charges.
I gave the device on Wednesday and asked Alex is he could return it by Friday as it was needed urgently. It was done by early thursday, earlier than expected.
