H.Good experience. So happy that there is a Spark store in Thames especially since the Matamata one has gone! Purchased a modem and arranged to get fibre connected.
J.I initially had problems with staff not returning calls and some staff in store not helpful. Then I had a lovely Staff member, Mary, who was so helpful and went the extra mile! Because of her I've added another star⭐⭐⭐
