C.The people here are great and helpful but Spark themselves have a huge disconnect with there clients. It's nearly impossible to talk to someone as they want a computer to deal with you or overseas call centre. The staff in the shop give great service and should be what the company aspire to be.

L.Not being an early adopter of technology, John, the sales rep, helped me pick a new phone, set up my xtra mail address and even set up Lightbox! My only gripe is it took a little to long to be served. But the customer service makes up for it
