L. P.My husband and I are both in our 70s. We called into 2 Degrees Whangarei after Spark forced a plan change on us which we weren't happy with. We can't speak highly enough of Jackson who we dealt with. He arranged new plans for us, and despite being short staffed at the time he very patiently explaining everything so clearly, without us feeling we were being rushed. Highly recommended. Thanks Jackson.
