If you have never experienced chiropractic care before, Align Chiropractic and wellness is one of the best in Auckland I have been too see. Brian and his team are all extremely friendly. The clinic is also a very professional environment. I have found it’s a great balance compared to other chiropractic clinics. He runs X-ray and other scanning equipment to help identify issues but also is very traditional in his approach (which is one of the reason I seek chiropractic care for general health). I highly recommend. I was back to having undisturbed sleeps from neck pain after just two weeks and a few sessions.

After years of bad posture causing chronic aches and pains I decided to see a Chiropractor to avoid going down the path of pain killers and medication. Within a short period I noticed the difference it was making to my personal well being both inside and out. I have had the most fantastic experience at Align, being treated by Dr. Brian Kelly and would highly recommend anyone to go to him if you are experiencing back problems. After 1.5years of going to see physios, acupuncturists and homeopaths, I finally decided to go to a chiropractor and went to Align because they had so many good reviews. And I can see why! After x-rays and a proper examination, I finally had an answer as to why I was experiencing back pain. And Dr Kelly went out of his way to teach me all about chiropractic care and just how much it can help in so many areas of your life (and not just your back pain). Healing is an ongoing process for me, but my injury is so much better now than it's ever been and I can dance and run in ways I haven't been able to for years. If you are experiencing any kind of pain, immobility, or nerve issues, I'd urge you to see Dr Kelly first before opting for more intensive options like surgery - his success stories are amazing. He is inspiring and does everything possible to help you heal!

Had the BEST first experience at a Chiropractic clinic. Dr Kelly gave wonderful explanations of how the body works and focused on overall body wellness not just spinal discomfort. I have been seeing Dr Brian Kelly at Align Chiro & Wellness for a few weeks now, and the difference in how i feel before and after is amazing. I suffered from severe migraines, back pain, muscle pain and had very low energy. From the first week of adjustments- My migraines had stopped! No more spending days in bed in pain. I highly recommend Align Chiropractic. This is my first time using the services of a chiropractor since developing some severe back pain. Their service is professional and friendly. The initial consultation was in-depth and got right to what the cause of the issue was, along with a few other areas for improvement following hte X-rays and analysis. Having sprained my ankle very badly 6 weeks ago, I was very grateful to Dr Brian Kelly yesterday for treating my ankle and using Light therapy with a Laser machine to speed up the healing process. I immediately felt relief & was able to walk better on it, with less swelling after a vigorous massage on my ankle and calf. This has been the most effective treatment I have had since the accident & I am very appreciative and I highly recommend Dr Kelly and his wonderful team of professionals.

Dr. Brian's adjustments have made a tremendous difference to my severe headaches and pinching pain in my upper back when exercising! I have never thought of going to a chiropractor for these issues, as well as for my neck pain caused by whiplash in a car accident, and don't regret my choice one bit. My husband lifted something the wrong way at work and literally could not walk. He has regular Chiropractic care in Tauranga however his Chiropractor was away at the time. Fantastic Clinic, I have been to a few Chiropractors but this one would be by far the best. From the moment you walk into the building the experience is amazing. The staff are lovely and welcoming and the chiropractors were extremely thorougher, attentive and knowledgeable. I have Dr Brian Kelly as my main Chiro but one day i went into the clinic thinking i had an appointment (which i didn't) they were extremely accommodating and fitted me in no problem and i didn't even need to wait.

I was suffering from bad headaches, tightness in the neck and shoulders accompanied by excruciating pain that lead done my arm. I right arm was gradually growing weak because I had limited movement, plus I had pins and needles travelling down my arm through to my fingers. Worst of all, I could not sleep because either the pain in my neck and arm or the headaches kept me up at night! Waiting on the public health system was proving a challenge to maintain concentration at work caused by the headaches and pain. Basically, I lost my quality of living being confined to the four walls of my home. My husband found Dr Kelly on Facebook (of all places) and said for me to try him out. I was very reluctant but I would try anything to give me my life back... Six weeks later with Dr Kelly, my headaches have gone, I have mobility in my left arm with no pins and needles. I slowly started my training losing 5-7kg, the lump(s) in my shoulders and tightness in my neck has subsided. The best thing ever is now I have a life and I have 9-10 hours sleeps during the night.
