I have my first-ever chiropractic experience here with Dr. Ugo. I must say that it was indeed a pleasant experience. Dr. Ugo was indeed a very friendly and professional person and his adjustment was making a difference. He noticed three areas in my structural body that need to be adjusted. He also explained why such a condition happen in the first place, what the adjustment was going to look like and feel, and finally, how the adjustment is going to help me. Overall, a really good experience will recommend Dr. Ugo to all my friends.

Joel is amazing and has helped me tremendously with regaining mobility and flexibility in my back. My wife , daughter and I , have all been seeing Joel over the last few months and we highly recommend him to anyone who may need assistance not just with any back issues but with maintaining the spine and with mobility and flexibility.

Dr Joel saved me today! He fitted me in as an emergency and I am so thankful he did. Such a great Dr, great explanation of treatment and adjustments. I feel so much better and am looking forward to my next session. Thank you so much Dr Joel I appreciate you!

Amazing team - I've been seeing Geoff for at least 8 years. I'm a big lad who hacks around the golf course - Geoff gets me reset and mobile every time. Highly recommended! I also see Yo for muscle therapy and massages - they say referrals are the best form of flattery, I refer everyone I know to Yo every chance I get. She's that good! To top it off the ladies at reception are always so nice with big warm smiles. A great team, highly recommended!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. The chiropractor I saw took immense pains to insure that I fully understood what my immediate issues were, the steps he was going to take to correct them, and had a fully mapped-out course of treatment prepared. This is my first visit ever to a chiropractor, and I'm really happy with this one.

I had an injury which caused a lot of back pain, so I've been seeing Geoff and he has been excellent. My pain is a lot less noticeable now. The receptionists are also all so warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend going here.

Great team, If you are someone who returns for a monthly checkup like myself you really do get treated like a member of the family. Also great that they have more services than just Chiro onsite (massage, acupuncture etc.)

After a very frustrating couple of weeks getting little help or information from other health professionals, finding Bays Chiropractic was a great relief. Time was taken to get to the bottom of my issue and progress made towards both relieving the pain and healing the issue. The reception staff have been extremely helpful and made the process a lot less stressful.

Geoff is an outstanding chiropractor with a wealth of experience. Right away with a quick look at my posture he noticed numerous things that needed correcting. Since my first visit it feels as if my neck has already gained some of its range of motion back. I look forward to more visits.
