M.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of what they are about... and that is to provide relief for patients who go there. Always looking forward for our schedule as it really helps with whatever aches and soreness you are with. Easy to book with front desk.. the manager is so accommodating and no fuzz.. the chiropractors and acupuncturists are all well-mannered and experts.. Best place to go if you are in Auckland... Keep up the good work and more power!!!
R.Excellent locaation for me, free parking convenience and above all the best service staff that I have encountered..... All of them are very nice and they all are customer service focused......They do go beyond the work they do and they look after you very nicely, from reception to the staff you see for health issues that everyone is very friendly and very professional.....Another best part is they know their job very well.... I highly recommend them to everyone.
e.Highly commendable.. chiropractors and acupuncturists are well experience and will address all the issues right away. Clinic is clean and cozy. The manager is very approachable and knowledgeable to what he is doing.
I.Firstly, the receptionist (Karlo) was really helpful and entertaining - definitely, you’ll never get bored while waiting for your turn. :)
And of course, their therapists are really professional. Had our chiropractic adjustment for a month now and they explained to us thoroughly of what we are going to do during the session and what are we going to do next after the session.
I would definitely recommend this healthcare clinic. Five stars to that. :)
e.My experience here is always good. I have been going here for almost a year, the receptionist Karlo is always good to talk to and always friendly. I go here for both my chiro and acupuncture. Today, Hanna did my accupunture and she was lovely and very informing, it calmed my muscles and always feel great after. I recommend this place to anyone 10/10.

D.Excellent service. From reception to practitioners. Carlo looks after customers in a personalised way and you feel very special in this practice. Sylvia the acupuncturist analyses your injury and pain associated with it. She creates a plan of action to resolved all pains associated with the injury. She identifies all pain points. Gradually resolves your issue every appointment. I felt like a new person and I was able to do activities that I’m unable to do before. I highly recommend this practice to others with long term body pains or injuries from accident. I thank everyone in this practice from bottom of my heart.
