I've been to many chiropractors over the years, as a result of some ongoing issues, but Jason Berry from the Pure Health clinic has got the best results for me. He puts a lot of thought into giving the best treatment for how I'm feeling on any given day, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I always feel much better after a treatment, and would recommend him to anyone. I've also had good osteo and accupuncture treatments via this clinic for other issues in the past, plus got orthotics from them. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Highly recommend their Chiropractic services. Fixed my back issues I had for years. Best service, always friendly and informative. Couldn't rate these guys high enough! Give them a go, u wont be disappointed.

Epic. The team are so kind and educated. Phillip really went above and beyond to help me with the multi-faceted health troubles I was facing. Thankful to have been referred here and would highly recommend for anyone else questioning to book a consultation! professional and easy.

All practitioners are illustriously proficient in their field. Very friendly environment and even their receptionists are outgoing and show a deeper sense of care. I had a sport injury involving my back. Went to several medical practitioners and physiotherapists to no resolve, so i thought id give chiropractors a chance. 3 sessions with phil resolved my issue that was pending for years. Sincerely thankful.

Pure Healthcare is one of the best healthcare I have been too...I went to visit their clinic after I injured my back last year and have been very depressed and annoyed by my continuous pain which stopped me from performing my daily duties. The receptionists where very helpful and led me to my first appointment with Dr Phillips, a Chiropractor who was beyond helpful and fully understood my situation, therefore, started my healing process which slowly helped me adjust to my daily living duties..Many thanks to Pure Healthcare Albany and spetial thanks to Dr.Phillips...whish you all the best and a year full of success.

The Team at Pure Health are all pure professionals. Their ability to find and treat the cause and not just the symptoms are second to none. After receiving treatment for a number of sports performance injuries, their treatment options whether it be Chiro, Osteo or Accupunture are first class. I highly recommend the team.

Awsum staff very friendly and helpful and do there job very well and doctors as well very helpful and understanding they know wot they are doing I highly recommend them.

I would absolutely recommend Pure Healthcare. Right from the first minute the reception staff make you feel comfortable and their communication is so professional. After suffering with sports related injuries for a few years, I’d almost resigned myself to the fact that I would just have to lay off everything and hang my running shoes up, but after an initial consultation with Dr Cherye and excellent treatment from Dr Jason, I’m almost back to full fitness and feel great. The orthotics are not a cheap fix, but are worth every penny if you are serious about rehabilitation.

I crawled in and walked out, thanks to the fantastic team, professional, knowledgeable and people who you can talk to. Thank you Doctors. Highly recommendable.

Highly recommended place if you need Chiropractor

Awesome acupuncture treatments with Megan Nielsen. Been struggling with L knee issue on/off for the past 20 years. I had resigned myself to always having pain and being limited with certain activities. My pain has significantly decreased and I am able to do so much more (paddle more, hike/run/bike more). Really grateful for her knowledge and treatments.

Love coming here to see Jason. No problems getting or changing appointments.

Highly recommend this place with special mention to Dr Ivy Yang and Dr Jacey Chae. Greatly appreciate these two. Both made good diagnostics on my problems and give excellent treatment. The whole team are warm and welcoming. If you're suffering from any pain or injury, this is the right place to go. Dr Ivy Yang never rush and gives you 1 hour full attention. She uses needles, cups and massage to relax your muscles. During winter times, I always feel cold in my joints. I mentioned this to Dr Ivy and after a couple of treatments, the cold feeling is gone. Dr Jacey Chae is first chiropractic who knows what she doing. I have significant improvement in my health and well being after each and the ongoing adjustments.

Dr Phillips Ong - Finally someone who can adjust me properly. His technique is gold. Han Sung Min - Acupuncture wizard!

I have had chiropractic adjustments for nearly 2 decades; from many different practitioners while living in 2 different countries. I have to admit that Dr. Cherye Roche really knows her stuff. I am also in the medical field, and have many years of (high end) sports behind me. A few years ago, I suffered a back/leg injury that has left me unable to perform the sporting activities that I used to do. Dr. Cherye and the entire team (including acupuncturists and front office staff) have really come together to help with all facets of my injury to keep me going. Great staff and great support- thanks for caring so much! Keep up the good work!!

Cherye is fanatic and very knowledgeable. Went in for insoles, as the way I walk has been altered since injuring hip. Turns out it is my ankle and foot. Full gait scan and 3D report shows me what is going wrong. Made a few adjustments to my joints, and how this alters the way I walk and how to maintain this. Highly recommend!

I injured my back in mid-Nov and chose Pure Healthcare because of the good reviews on their site. I have had a history of bad back issues. Dr Phillips Ong (chiropractor) and Joyce Zhang (acupuncturist) treated me. Phillips was very professional and thorough. Both did a marvelous job, especially at the diagnostic phase. Phillips took his time to understand my back history and devised a personalised programme to assist my back; he considered my back issue to be a soft-tissue situation rather than the need to manipulate my backbone. In a short two-week period (2-3 visits), my back improved tremendously. From my visits to previous professionals, I find Pure Healthcare to be the most detailed and thorough in offering a holistic approach towards the treatment. I will, therefore, have no problem in recommending them to future clients.
