T.The 1st evening I picked this up & slept using it as explained by Dr Jamie was the best sleep I had, had in a long time. I woke up the next morning & sprung out of bed early, something I do not normally do. After about day 3 or 4 I used my normal pillow & woke up with aching neck & shoulders.
N.Love the pillow.. Used it each night while I read my book for 10 - 15 minutes before lights out to stretch out realign the body.. I get such a great night's sleep. I missed one night of doing this an ended up with a disruptive sleep

k.I came and got my free pillow and I found it very good not only do I use it for my neck but I have a bad shoulder and I'll put it under my arm at night when I sleep on my side it stops my shoulder from rolling forward causing pain in the morning very nice helpful guy too.
E.Eden Health is honestly the best Chiropractic Clinic I’ve been to. Nishi and Jamie are so attentive, caring and thoughtful when it comes to caring for your health. I have had so many bad posture and lifestyle habits fixed thanks to Nishi, and she puts a lot of effort into investigating where problems could be coming from, which is amazing. I love the unique technology they use as well, which helped find problem spots that I didn’t even know I had.
