M. C.I get so excited for my adjustments at Chiropractic Balance! It's such a lovely calm space, and the team is so caring and thoughtful. I have been getting adjustments from Roz for the last year now. She is so positive and attentive, and provides fantastic patient care. Not only are my adjustments amazing - Roz also offers great rehabilitation advice and support, taking the time to teach you correct posture, strengthening excersises and safe stretches. Since becoming a patient at Chiropractic Balance, my health and wellbeing has greatly improved, as has my quality of life. I genuinely appreciate their service, and would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Matt was able to alleviate some persistent lower back pain with regular adjustments and lots of great recommendations for home stretching, etc.
The staff has always been helpful, and responsive to appointment changes. Very friendly. They even moved recently and that went smooth. I cannot recommend them enough!

R.When you mention to people that you’ve been going to the Chiropractor for your sore back, you’re often met with a mix of responses like eye rolls, telling you about their bad experiences etc.. but for me, I’ve felt so safe & have really enjoyed the holistic healing approach of chiropractic care.
I like that I’m encouraged to be more present with my body, stretching, checking in and listening to it. I’ve had adjustments with Roz & Matt and they are super helpful. Would recommend a visit for all sorts!
B.I came to Chiropractic Balance originally for my lower back as I had pain lying down and standing for longer periods. Dr Shivani was a wonderful person to be helped by as I feel so so much better now. I felt welcome and never out of place, as I'm a younger client. I would suggest this place to many.
H. W.I came here after experiencing chest pain due to poor posture and tightness + a massage therapist notifying me of a scoliosis in my back. In an effort to do what I can now in order to not experience problems down the track, I booked in to Chiropractic Balance after seeing rave reviews.
I'm just finishing up my 10th session as part of their recommended plan, and it's quite extraordinary to see how much my alignment has improved. I now have alignment that supports my body to work as it should and strategies to keep my scoliosis from worsening. Interestingly, because of the holistic approach they take - eg explaining the importance of drinking water and exercise in spinal health - I know have also adopted those healthy habits into my day-to-day, too.
I'll be continuing with Chiropractor Balance (and specifically Matt who has been my doctor for the duration) into the next year as I continue - at a much less frequent pace - to have check-ins and progress updates.
Absolutely would recommend. They really do put patients at the centre of their work, and it shows.

I was initially skeptical of Chiropractic therapy, but I decided to give it a try following a neck injury which meant I could not turn my head. Dr Roz worked with me over several weeks to repair my neck, and it finally feels normal. I have far more energy, better concentration, and I'm very happy with the results. We now have an ongoing plan to keep this progress going.

To be honest, nobody knows whether he got better thanks to his chiropractic visits or whether his stomach simply healed naturally but he got better and better after we took him there regularly. Since then, my husband and I started going there, and have been going there regularly for a few years now - it’s helped me a lot with my scoliosis lower back pain that I’ve had since I was a kid.

T. H.Realizing when it's time to seek help is your 1st step to wellness. Having had 2yrs in a stressful environment took its toll and then falling of my mountain bike and getting whip lash was the final straw that made me seek help at Chirobalance. Seeing Roz weekly for 12 wks enabled me to finally relax my shoulders and pull them back into alignment and ease all the tension I was carrying in my neck. I was also having issues when trying to stand up from a kneeling position ie tieing a shoe lace or gardening. My left hip just wasn't functioning right and hadn't for sometime. Since having treatments with Dr Roz I've found that I'm feeling stronger, fitter (because I recover from workouts faster) and am sleeping better. P. m.For almost a year I was almost systematically in pain after gardening or caring heavy stuff.
It was so bad that I was planning my weekend on what will be the impact for my following week (no able to seat for long meetings, not able to concentrate…).
my only option was Osteopath treatment.
In only few week Roz was able to help me, I am still in pain after a long physical activities but I recover way faster by myself.

R. H.I can 100% recommend chirobalance. I never use to think much of chiro. Having tried it previously. Didn’t really do much for me. I have tried many things for my back injuries over the years. Some worked for a while some didn’t. I decided to give Chiro a go again. And a friend recommended chirobalance. And To be honest I was running out of options. There is no such thing as a quick fix! But as well as good safe adjustments, if you ask and listen to these guys they will always try to help you and get you on the path to healing.

J. T.Fantastic service. I was recommended Chirobalance after suffering from severe reflux and nausea for over five years. The specialist at the hospital had told me that I would be on medication for life. This included not being able to eat foods with any level of spices in them because of the almost instant reactions they would cause. Less than three months after starting to see Ali, I was able to go out for an Indian meal, with no adverse reactions.
Ali has been amazing - providing lifestyle support over and above the chiropracty. On top of this, back and neck pain which I had thought was 'just part of life' has almost completely disappeared.

B. H.I starting going as I was waking up every morning with sore hips, and felt like I was getting old. I don’t get that any more. I also had pain in my foot for months, which responded to just a couple of treatments. I go every three weeks now for maintenance and tweaks, which works well for me.

L.Only my first session but I walked in 7kg heavier on one leg and walked out only 3kg heavier on that same leg.
