D.Love this store. Always get huge discounts, never dissapointed. They have a large amount of different bras/undies to choose from & do free fittings. Customer service is always great. My daughter spotted some hangers she liked that she thought would be perfect for her tutus, so one of the staff went thru a box and got another few out for her. It absolutely made her day.
A.I went into the Bendon store with no idea as to what I wanted. I hadn't bought a bra in 4 years so I was a bit worried about getting more or doing a fitting.
I was amazed. The staff were all lovely, helpful and really cared. They asked for my name, gave me heaps of options to try and helped me with my fitting. I ended up coming out with a beautiful bra that fit me so well. Very good experience. I don't live close to the store but I would go back in a heartbeat.
M.I would highly recommend this bendon outlet over any of the others in Auckland. I went in there and asked if they had what I was after and was immediately handed perfect items and offered a bra fitting. The lady serving me was extremely helpful and friendly and made my partner feel very comfortable while he had to wait for me. I let her know I had a very small budget and she did everything she could to ensure I walked out happy and stuck to my budget. Great job 😊

T.I find this store to be the best when it comes to customer service and helpfulness. Although it's an outlet, it has a very good selection of lingerie. I like going to Bendon as I like to constantly check my sizes and they're more than happy to help.
B.Great place to shop with wonderfully friendly staff. Lots of parking right outside and if you manage to visit during one of their sales the prices are phenomenal.
Being an x-resident of New Zealand, I really miss Bendon and more especially bendon factory outlet.

Everything was on special.. nothing more then 20$ so many options to choose from.
P.Lovely helpful staff, great deals. The road layout in this area has changed and you can now no longer access Montgomerie Rd directly from the main airport highway (SH 20A). But you can still go around the back, so to speak, and access via Ascot Rd or Landing Dr off the main highway. Still worth visiting when you’re out near the airport!
H.I took my 14 year old niece to buy her first special bra. The staff could not have been more helpful even though they were busy.
