I would like to share my amazing customer service experience with Joy (JoJoy) at the Waitakere store. I phoned yesterday to enquire a faulty purchase. She provided fast and simple instructions to get it sorted. I phones back in again today and spoke with Joy again and the manager Chanel who sorted my issue out super fast! Very impressed with the store's problem solving skills and quick solution. Easy as! Recommend to anyone to buy from this store. 5 star and A+++ Cheers team, Joy

Always a great store to visit for traveling needs. Recommend becoming a member to get great discounts as well as earn voucher off future products. When they have a sale you can get some amazing stuff for a great price. The staff are also knowledgeable about what's best for the purpose you want it for so let them know what you intend to do and they can help you decide on the best products. Always high quality and haven't had any issues with anything I have bought there.

There was a big sale on here today and I thought I would take advantage of it. Having not been in this store before I was having some difficulty finding the articles I wanted. I did not have to wait long however to get some help. A very nice assistant came over to me and spent some time finding the right articles and sizes and ensured I was happy with my purchases. It was a very happy experience and I would certainly come back again and tell my friends to also shop here.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and grabbed a couple of Heli jackets to try to confirm the size. Wasn't too busy and when we went to the counter to pay, the staff was friendly and gave some helpful tips on the jacketcare.

Not too bad some prices are competitive others are not no stocks of the merino beanies they are awsome 1 piece legal for under your hard hat and for as thin as they are(less than 2mm thick) they actually block the wind excellently worked on rebuilding airforce runways awhile back and was windy as fk more days then not and these worked perfect

The manager and staff at this store were amazing. Really friendly and helpful. We went on a Friday and it was busy however the manger helped us personally and nothing was too much. I wouldn't normally buy branded stuff like this however when we had a small problem with something we had bough from a different branch they sorted it out really quickly which meant we could continue on our way and are now having a great holiday. Thanks

Great range of lifestyle, camping and tramping attire and equipment. I was pleasantly surprised that the range of jackets and coats suitable for Artic conditions were tidy-casual in appearance (in addition to the sporty and 'labelled' clothing. Quality packaging bags/pouches (including scan-proof purses/wallets), locks and luggage/packs suitable for comfortable for traveling locally and internationally. Big range in pricing - so it pays to know a bit about the products you're interested in purchasing, and at what price, to score some great value-for-money purchases. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Easy access open and covered parking close by. Toilet facilities adjacent to premises. Cafes nearby.

The staff are the real sell for this store. Had to do a return with my partner and the manager who helped source it and the manager we picked up from were both excellent. The products themselves were also of epic quality. Will definitely be buying from these guys again!

Loved the store, being in wheelchair the assistant listened to me when I was looking for a bag to go under my chair..she even allowed me to try the bag in store.

If you want to do srious tramping, dont buy kathmando or macpack, the stuff does not hold up. Stick to intrnational brands, you get better value and products.
