I hope Connor daly finds this. I think his review was based off just being a grumpy person as I went in to oh rent me and it smelled like flowers and the beautiful Maori lady was very attentive to my needs as a customer. The team definitely cares for customer experience and keep a very clean store floor. Would definitely recommend new customers to try for themselves

A couple of years ago I had a ball and my original dress didn't work out. It was super last minute and Oh Rent Me saved the day. I contacted them directly and they were so helpful and nice, they sent it that afternoon, I got it the next day and was sorted for the ball! I've used them many times since and it's always been super easy and a good experience. I definitely recommend them!

I LOVE OHRENTME The best rental place I've ever been to, their process is so clear and easy. The staff are lovely and super helpful. They always go the extra mile when I'm looking for a particular garment. The dresses are all in such good condition, I'm going to definitely remain as a returning customer!

I always use these lovely ladies for my rentals - super efficient service, try on option in store and I'm always difficult because I order online and need to swap when something doesn't fit lol but it's never a problem! They dryclean and leave their items smelling amazing as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Also they have a points based loyalty system which accumulates with every purchase so every few months you get a $25 discount! how good.

Really impressed with ohrentme. The garments are such good quality, I've had no problem finding the store as there's a sign to indicate the entry, and love how the store is separated in sizes and color co-ordinated making it easier to find what I’m looking for!

Super easy to use online service and they made my last-minute buying not stressful at all because the dress arrived the next morning when I ordered it the night before!! Having the prepaid return bag included also made the return process completely hassle-free. The dress (Maurie and Eve Genesis Dress) was stunning and such good quality too!!

I went to pick up my dress, was a bit difficult because the shop is down stairs, if that happened to you too just have a look to your right hand and will be right there. And obviously I hardly recommend oh rent me, really easy to send the package back, I went to the post shop that scanned a code and was that! Easy peezy.
