D.Well great service...having a bespoke Regimental Double breasted Blazer being done. At time of writing, we are nearly there...and to be honest, it's taken over two years to get to this point..not Rembrandts fault at all..been other issues, as in getting the Regimental Crest, Buttons etc which have been ordered from UK and specially made. I am now awaiting fitting etc..but iam sure ALL my expectations will be met, since overall, the main individual I have been dealing with, I have known for a number of years, and has worked for a Tailor prior..and most delays have been due to COVID
I would highly recommend this company, the staff are cheerful, presentable and very professional...make great recommendations, but do also listen to your requirements, or should I say, how to UK would like things to come out as .
Looking forward to when it's all done and ANZAC Day is upon us but
G.Looking for a rental and had a fairly friendly and understanding conversation with the man there; he has a unique personality which I can see how some other reviews might have seen it otherwise, so I went in letting him lead with advice. Showed me a few different options and even talked about what other businesses might have what I'm looking for and what made this a trusting relationship is he didn't try to discourage me, only wanted me to find what I might need.

a.Excellent service from Serge, he took the time to take my measurements and suggested alterations to the Suit to fit my body type whilst being mindful of customer preference. I did not feel pressured at all and completed the whole process in less than 30mins.
I.Fall in love with this brand, high quality and good size rang. I like the 3 options with the size (T,R and S). The staff at store were amazing and very helpful. Enjoyed the time that spent in the shop.

J.Great customer service by Glen; friendly and genuine, which is not easily found these days. I don't do shopping very often but if I need to get a new clothing item I will definitely stop by the CBD shop again when Glen is there. Thank you Glen for you know what I mean!
J.How is this for a customer journey? Store was not open at 8:30am so I waited, still noone at 9am so I called 0800 number. They called me back advising staff member sick and a manager was on the way to open the store. Went back at 10am, they fitted me in a new suit - in under 15 minutes. And I have a difficult body, big shoulders, long limbs and massive thighs. They mailed the fit immediately, made me feel so at home. I walked out of the store in a brand new suit and going back for a black one in a month's time. REMBRANDT'S THE BEST!!!
