It's so so too much of the same & prices quite high

My mother bought a jacket at the Barrington Mall shop on Sunday and the ladies there were extremely helpful. When my mother arrived home she found she had the same color in her wardrobe, so she telephoned the Bush Inn centre as she lives close to this one and asked if she could change it for another color and was told she could if she had her receipts. She drove down there and the lady was very rude to her, growling at her for not chosing the correct one in the first place, and huffed and puffed at her. My mother was upset as she said the ladies are normally so nice there.

I went into the Bush Inn Store and had the best customer service from Leonie.I usually dont shop at this store as i have found the customer service wasn't the best.Well done and congratulations Leonie i will be back!Happy disposition,lovely welcoming personality and great engaging skills.I hope the head office know what a jewel they have in you Leonie!!
