N.Excellent indoor display of quantity clothing and helpful staff. Black Friday clothing specials we got some excellent bargains.Clean bathroom plenty of room for a wheel chair and good off street parking.
J.Their clithes etc via their site were good trendy and all. But very very expensive. Just for a jacket in some cases $300-$400. Very pricey, you might aswell go to Mountain warehouse for just $70
J.Ross the manager was very efficient in dealing with an issue with a product, offered a replacement also took time to explain how to look after it. Great service, very impressed.

J.I popped in just before Christmas 2020 to pick up a click and collect order for a present I had bought online.
The staff were friendly and could easily find my order. I was in and out in no time flat.
If you know what you are looking for and can find it at their online shop, I highly recommend the click and collect option fro this store if you are going this way. The staff here are great.

M.A great store with a wide range, including a clearance section. The footwear area has a few different surfaces available so you can try your shoes out before you buy, and there are a few tents on display to check out. Team are always friendly.

K.I have tried to buy the tent but the stock was not in the store but the shop staff has helped me and order it by online. It is really helpful for me. And the staff has explained all processing very clearly. Even I am not English speaker but it was really easy to understand. Very good service and very kind staff.

Join their club for better specials and always watch for the big sales because that is where the bargains really are.

A.Very good store with friendly staff. You can find more stuff here than the ither branches. The great thing about this branch is that it is very big so you have enough space to walk around and easily look for what you need and enjoy your shopping.

K.I think the quality has gone downward a bit. And the sizing. Needed 2x large and I ain't that big. My old one xlarge is still a better fit and more comfortable. But I did buy a new one.
A.Rang to check availability of some goods on special. Asked to have three put aside and was told they would be at the front counter. G.It's not as great as it used to be. There has been a dramatic drop in the overall product range and they are starting to pitch at the lower end of the market although their prices don't yet reflect this. This has long been a family favourite store but we are starting to look elsewhere

E.Bought a pair of hiking shoes THREE YEARS ago. They were faulty, but I didn't notice until it was too late. Have left them on sitting on the shelf since. I took them in today, no box, no receipt and the lovely people at Kathmandu offered me a complete swap. I have never had such good service before. Kathmandu are known for high quality products but boy... Thank you Kathmandu for the service!

s.Spacious store with ample parking. Large outdoor activities store sells a wide ranging products suits all ages. From tent to towels, members discount applies on most things year round for summit club members. There's an outlet store on riccarton road opposite the westfield mall riccarton.
z.Staff are helpful but you will have to go find one and ask for help. Items are generally well over priced. OK price if you catch a 60% off sale other wise too expensive. Generally good quality though
