K.Beautiful items in this shop at reasonable prices. Staff member was helpful and friendly. I brought a gorgeous Puletasi off the rack.

T.Top service in a mail order situation. My wife bought me an island shirt and pareu by mail order. The items were not suitable. One was too small and the other was not cotton - which I prefer. The items were fit for purpose under the Consumer Guarantees Act, my wife had simply not been careful enough when purchasing, so Langi's had no obligation to make an exchange.
Perise and Etanah sent me photos of alternatives, which took some back and forth and lots of their time, when the consumer guarantee act did not require them to do. Now I have a beautiful cotton shirt and pareu which both fit me. Faafetai tele lava.
T.For service, friendliness, helpfulness and choice, this colourful shop is second to none.
Along with it's staff it is a credit to Lower Hutt City, the sad thing is, there is not more shops with these credentials through-out New Zealand.
