D.Went there with my wife saw a really nice leather jacket...... asked the women who worked there where they were so I could try one on. Her reply was "are you a loyalty customer because they aren't cheap!"
In a very rude and condescending way. Not happy I was going to purchase the jacket for $999 but will take my money elsewhere. So rude!
New owners and manager are much nicer people and very helpful i have changed my review to reflect as much.
B.WOW! I came here to write a good review and I am horrified to read these poor reviews. I can only think I have never had to deal with the same person these other reviewers are talking about. We have always had a great experience in Rodd and Gunn, Palmy. Nothing is too much effort for the staff and we enjoy our time in their store.
