I don’t normally leave reviews, however, my shopping encounter with your employee Couper really was worth mentioning. I came in to buy a birthday present for my younger brother, completely lost for ideas, and Couper was so helpful and polite. Exceptional and genuine customer service. Really pleased with my experience.

Good staff, really nice and helpful, but north beach in general is more of a clothing store with not much surf hardware to offer.

Wow - came to leave a review and just glanced over a few of the other reviews and I am in total agreement that a wave of happiness awaits customers once inside those doors. What a great bunch of young people - all so happy to be at work and it shows in the way they treat us as the customers. I've come in a number of times now and will ALWAYS come back because the staff are just amazing. So helpful and welcoming. Customer service from Mikayla and Dani leaves me feeling so special, these girls are "gold" I've come in with NO IDEA of what to get as gifts and they're so knowledgeable of the products and extremely helpful. Highly recommend shopping at this store.

Today I went to buy a RollerSkate. I reached there just 7 mins before the closing time and I asked what time they are closing and whether I should come tomorrow. The lady said in 7 mins but we have enough time... This is the first time I am seeing such a welcoming staff even when they are about to close and go home. The service was sooo sooo good to make me write this review. They made sure to get me the right size and treated me and my little one so patiently without showing any rush. Very happy with the product too.

Absolutely blown away with the service received when placing an order online with North Beach! I placed my order on Sunday and literally the next day, my order was delivered! Fast, efficient and packaged in a compostable bag! Highly recommend the North Beach online store!

Came in to replace some old jandals and even out of season they had quite a few! I managed to get two pairs of Rip Curl for $35, which is considerably cheaper than the others I looked at.

Excellent service, item wanted not available, staff arranged home courier delivery, which was received within 2 days, pretty satisfied with that.

Gre at customer service, I was very impressed. Sho ut out to tait who went above and beyond to help us. Customer service like yours makes my day. Very happy customer thank you!!
