B.Drove from rotorua to tauranga to look for sthg new & special to wear. Walking in K&K (it's been years since I've been in 1 again) there were so many lovely garments. Store clean tidy inviting & colourful. Something for any occasion I reckon. Staff were friendly & helpful and in particular Sharyn. She asked what was I looking for, what's my style n made suggestions. I'd mentioned I felt hot n she went out back to get a fan for my personal dressing room 👗 nothing was a bother for Sharyn and she suggested ideas and gave tips regarding her own wardrobe from k&k and accessorise & shoe wear which was very helpful for me! After trying a half dozen lovely items I finally chose sthg which was v different to what I wd normally wear which really appealed to me. I was so impressed w my new top n Cammy I wore underneath it, I chose to wear it out the store! (Of course I paid for it lol) & my details were still on k&k database from long ago! It was def worth travelling all those miles 2purchase my new top which I loove n will b wearing today in church where I'll b singin n it's my born day! Yay! Have a super Sunday! 🌻
C.Absolutely wonderful experience, I didn't catch the name of the assistant who helped me but she was a dream to have in store. Helped me with sizing, even assisted finding products on the website that weren't in store. What a great store!

C.It was my very first time going into city chic today, and oh my what amazing customer service they have. A lady named rebecca helped my mum and I and went into depth about what would suit us and the sizes also. I'm always self conscious when it comes to shopping and rebecca made it such an amazing experience for me and I'm buzzing with everything I have purchased today! The store manager should be so happy with your employees! They are absolutely amazing❤
M.Amazing clothes staff absolutely brilliant every time I have been. Very expensive tho even sale items are expensive. But do great stylish fashionable and good fitting clothes for sizes above 16. Shame it doesn't stock the shoes in store that it has online. Great store tho
