C.I always have fantastic service at Hallensteins but yesterday the Guy serving me went above and beyond. I had picked out 2 shirts for the 3 for $100 deal and I couldn't find a third in the right size and style so I opted to go for a larger size. When I mentioned this to the guy serving me and he offered to order one in the correct size and ship it to me. Well today the shirt arrived well packed. Excellent quality service from both Hallensteins as a company and the guy serving me. Cant remember your name sorry but you mentioned you were from South Africa, anyway nice one dude and keep up the awesome service!
K.These guys have really stepped their game up. The clothing isn't as hori anymore and HB now make some awesome pieces at great prices.
G.Old fashioned shopping, from a chain of shops originally run from the back blocks of Dunedin. Not sure if they still have the manager cadet scheme from the seventies, as many of their current staff have difficulty understanding the difference between a nylon rain jacket to a sports coat to wear to dinner or work.
