L.Can't speak more highly of the quality of products and service with Wools Of Wanaka. My dad stopped by the shop to purchase birthday and Christmas gifts and they shipped directly to the U.S. on his behalf. Then I placed an online order for a wrap. Customer service, tracking to the U.S. and the clothes we received, are just fabulous. Absolutely thrilled from order to receipt. Tremendous thanks to the shop and staff. 😊
B.So glad I popped in! Wonderful service and such amazing choice! Left with gorgeous merino fingerless gloves for myself and a merino beanie for my daughter. Tested my gloves out on top of The Remarkables and while out to dinner. Both very different environments, 10/10 for comfort and warmth!
M.This is a treasure trove of NZ made yarn and garments (mostly merino, possum and recently NZ grown cotton. The yarns are high end, gorgeously squishy and wonderful colours. Excellent service from the well informed retailer who remembered us from a visit over a year ago.

M.I had been trying to get some Touch wool in Peacock colour from a workshop in Victoria Australia- only to be constantly told “it was on order”. I looked up Touch only to see it was “out of stock”. I contacted Wools of Wanaka who advised me that whilst they didn’t have it in their store they would contact their outlets for me. Anne Louise contacted me last week to advise she had the wool. I received it today. Absolutely thrilled with both the wool and the service- only wish I could get such service in Australia!
