C.Extremely helpful and friendly staff on every visit. Most importantly I bought a 75L bag that caused me issues and they made me feel heard and gave me a full refund. All my other purchases have been flawless. They genuinely look after their customers.
A.I like shopping here, we have had some exceptional service and have once been allowed to take my dog in. I asked nicely and it was awful weather outside.
I had amazing help recently when buying a back pack but then on a subsequent visit the service was a bit ‘brisk’.
The store is large, clean and tidy and well stocked.
C.Nick and his team were amazing. I took a jacket back that was defective. We talked through the issues and Nick replaced it for a superior one. I was very happy and came away genuinely impressed. Thanks Nick and team.
