s.WOW WOW The boots are the best. But the service is better i went into shop in wellington for some advise on some boots and some black polish for my old boots the girl gave me some polish im 100% not going to buy any other boots

Florence Wonacott is a hidden gem in RM Williams Wellington NZ. In my most recent business trip, I paid a visit to the shop, and my day was sparkles over the premium service levels that Florence provided to me, along with her insightful story behind the brand and each pair of boots! That was such a highlight of my trip to Wellington.

K.Don’t get your first pair online but go to a store. I visited this store yesterday and the girls working there were super knowledgeable and helpful, such an amazing customer experience. I was very impressed and am very happy with my purchase!
C.I didn’t get a pair but the girls working where beyond helpful. Ask about their shoe recycling program. It’s really cool to see stuff like that happening.
