N.I first visited Zanaka a couple of weeks ago when I was passing through Wellington. Great shirts and statues. Helpful engaging staff. I bought a couple of shirts and 3 statues as gifts. Great value for money I’ve had amazing feedback on all purchases I ordered 4 more shirts by mail the other day. They are great for summer - not only stunning to look at but they breathe well and are so comfortable. This shop is changing my life. They stock a great range of sizes too which is a bonus. Thanks Zanaka So glad to have stumbled across such a unique store.
C.I was looking for clothing for one of my kids who was attending the Model United Nations Assembly in Auckland. Tendekai could not have been more helpful, especially given that I live far from Wellington and we had to conduct business remotely, via phone and email, and I had little time to spare. After some advice and discussion, he couriered a selection of styles and sizes to us. The quality was remarkably high and we pretty much bought everything that fitted (not just for the original purpose). To top it all, my boy won the best dressed award at the Assembly! Great clothing and a great guy to do business with.
L.Tendekai is defiantly friendly and helpful. I didn't know there is an Africa attire shop in Wellington until I was asked to do a presentation of case study of Nigeria. I searched on google and found this shop. It is absolutely lovely! After explaining why I visit the store the owner (Tendekai) provide a lot of explanation of the culture ,clothes , and different products. He even suggest that I could borrow some clothes for presentation to share the Africa culture with more people for free ! was amazed by the colorful clothes and how kind people are in this shop. It was so nice to see such nice people and lovely store in Wellington. Defiantly recommend to have a visit you will find many cute nice stuff. It made my day better ! Thank you so much !
A.What a fantastic store! My son had a cultural day at school, and needed African clothing... I bought him a Dashiki top in his favorite color -and it was hand delivered the next day by a very friendly member of the team! Great value, awesome clothing, good sizing, and amazing customer service - would definitely shop here again - thank you team! :)
r.When you step into Zanaka you are surrounded by the colour and warmth of Africa and wonderful welcoming staff who always have time to engage and make you feel at home. I've picked up some amazing wrap around skirts for ridiculously low prices..... You should defo visit this vibrant little store if you want to add some colour and life to your wardrobe 💛🌍💛
