Reviews of Cafe Botanix Pakuranga
M.I love cafes that experiment and take risks with their menu and this place definitely offers something a little different. I ordered the Pork Belly Eggs Benedict on a Steamed Bao which was lovely. Coffee is much better than it looks and it is just nice to sit amongst the plants and enjoy a peaceful meal. Will definitely be coming back to try the Sriracha Eggs Benedict! Only improvement would be the eggs were slightly over poached and the Bao needed to be steamed a little longer.
A.Food was great, great coffee and the ladies serving were so polite. Only let down was the teaspoon that came with my coffee was dirty and some outdoor chairs had bird poo on them. Cafe is situated inside the palmera garden centre and is dog friendly.
J.Didn't really enjoy my Eggs Bennidict as bacon edges were burnt and the rind still on. They seem to have a great range of muffins though. Coffee was good

They still create one of the best iced coffees in Auckland - I visit this Cafe every second day the staff are great and very welcoming.

T.This cafe is so tired. Not ideal for wheelchair/pram access. Big lip, would be impossible for wheelchair to go in to see food & order. High chair a bit broken & definitely needs replacing. Kids area so so tired & old. However the muffins look amazing so would recommend those. The cafe definitely needs at good renovation to be up to the standards of Kings plant cafes.
L.I went to this cafe a few months ago when I returned from my holiday in search of something to comfort my poor soul for sitting on the plane for too long and I felt that I paid more for what I get.
Nice and friendly staff. I ordered a Big Breakfast like I normally would and my wife got the Eggs Benedict. Food was served rather quickly and was still hot when it was delivered. It tasted great and the portion that you get for the price is quite generous. I had to ask for takeaway container (which does not happen too often for me personally). I left a happy and satiated person. Overall very satisfied and would definitely revisit this place. One big bonus is that they do specials on a regular basis as well which is something not many regular cafes do.
E.Great food and coffee. Keto and other healthy meal options. Muffins always fresh. Lovely atmosphere being surrounded by all the plants.
J.Been a while since I have been back. The Chicken Sriracha Bene on spinach and muffin is amazing, the poached eggs were perfect. Staff keep the place really clean, with birds around this was a big deal for me. The muffins were also worth a try.

B.Food OK but a simple milkshake was served in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and 2 plastic straws when a simple glass would have done. Get with the game Botanix and ditch the plastic.
