Perfect place for a date or for friends and families meet up. Deserts are delicious and fresh with reasonable price. Staffs are welcoming and really helpful.Orders came out quickly for us. There are inside and out side seating available. You will have a great view if you choose outside. The building is rwally stylish and will give you a different out of Auckland feeling.

Great location to sit and have a cup of drink and watch the world go by in tranquility. The hot chocolate is top quality, but I felt the Italian Denso too thick. I had expected to be able to drink from it, but it wasn’t runny enough(maybe that’s what it’s meant to be). Mistakenly, I ordered a lemon tart to go with it, and it proved a bit too much. I’ll go with just the hot chocolate next time.

The vegan choc pudding was very good. Unfortunately it’s the only vegan option outside of drinks. The cafe itself is quite nice, plenty of seating out back with a little bit of a view.

Perfect spot for a dessert date. Hot drinks are beautifully made and desserts just satisfy that sweet tooth craving. Black forest hot chocolate drink - 5/5 Chocolate mousse cake - 5/5 Apple crumble pie - 4/5 Raspberry tart - 3/5 Can't wait to try the other dessert items on the menu. Staff are so nice, interior and outside is so cute. Sat outside as it was night time and got a great view of the sky tower in the background. Highly recommend for your dessert fix.

Always a nice treat to bring the family for some dessert. I love the Mexican Denso, today though we had the waffles, white choc mousse, berry smoothie and cherry soda. I've tried almost everything here, and it's all yum! Gets busy which we don't mind at all. Great service, buy a treat to take home. You will see countless goodies on the shelves!

One of my favourite places to stop for dessert. Not only are they a cafe that specialises in sweet treats, but they also sell quite a lot of chocolates and candies as well. Keep an eye out for the red phone booth by the sidewalk, in case you miss their signs. It wasn't busy when we arrived so we were able to get a seat. We grabbed a menu from the counter and then grabbed a table. We ordered at the counter once we were ready. The menu is quite large and most of the things look tasty. It did fill up quite fast after we had ordered. I had the denso and a chocolate waffle. I was also going to try the eclair but they were out. The denso was a thick and more decadent hot chocolate. I remember it being a bit sweeter and richer but it was still nice. The waffles were made well. Crispy and tasty, with quite a bit of chocolate ice cream and sauce to give it a nice chocolatey flavour. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for something sweet. If you're lucky then you might also be able to get a table.

Simple menu, reasonable prices and fresh desserts. You will love this joint if you have a sweet tooth. Pro tip - Tables in the back are the best during summer. You need to pick up the menu at the entrance and go straight to your table. When you want to order, you have to come back to the front to pay when you order.

The dessert range is awesome. Place is open till ten so late night desserts are sorted. Great seating areas available. Our tiramisu n chocolate drinks were well liked by all.

The Chocolate Boutique Cafe was a really 'tasty' experience! My family (including kids) went and we all enjoyed the dessert items. The interior is so vintage and classy! All the items that we tried were delicious! Our nephew wanted to eat the tiramisu, but it had alcohol, but the owner made a custom version with no alcohol. A must visit!

Chocolate Boutique always offers a perfect post dinner dessert visit and it doubles as sweets shopping too. Besides sitting in at he back of the boutique enjoying a hot salted caramel and hot chocolate, I bought a mixed bag of Dutch licorice to take home. The prices are still great and it’s always a guaranteed dessert experience! Highly recommended!

As a woman with a sweet tooth, I would happily live at the Chocolate Boutique. Leave a doggy water bowl for me and I'll just sleep, curled up, on the porch. Such delicious dessert creations leave me frustrated by the many options available. What to choose? The creme brulee or the brownie with ice cream. Both. Both is always the right answer. When you leave (if you manage to pry yourself away), make sure you grab a doggy bag of chocolate - It comes in handy when you wake up on the porch in a sugar crash.

Ah, the Chocolate Boutique, such a Parnell and Auckland classic! Seemingly endless chocolate and dessert options in a quaint setting. It can be hard to get a table and it's Parnell, so parking can also be an issue, but it's worth it! Go. Be happy!

Simply decadent! From young to old, allergic or vegan - there is something for everyone here. The chocolate quality is great of course but the choices are so varied. My personal favs are the creme brulee and waffle desserts. But on this occasion we tried out the Italian Denso and it was delightful - so warm and gooey, was piping hot till the last 50 ml in the mug! We requested them to make it dairy free and they happily obliged down to the chocolate itself being dairy free!

Just. Wow! If you love chocolate, go here. The Denso is incredible! Definitely a hot chocolate to share... Or do it on any empty stomach. It's dense... As its name suggests. Imagine self saucing chocolate pudding... But without the pudding... And much for delicious! If you like a chilli hit, I certainly rate that option. Our toddler loved his peanut butter chocolate mouse and we're looking forward to our takeaway chocolate treats! You probably won't leave feeling the slightest bit hungry!

Wow! This place is fantastic. My husband and I love to go for brunch and enjoy the friendly service, delicious food and marvelous coffee drinks. This cafe is overflowing with cute decor and cozy seats. The funny sign at the door sets the tone for a good time and warm conversation. The prices are excellent compared to other restaurants in Auckland, and the quality and freshness of their products is superb.

I had a black forest hot chocolate and chocolate waffle.. the hot chocolate is really nice and i love it.. for the waffle, it is not the thick type waffle that I like, but the taste with the chocolate sauce and ice cream is actually quite nice.. but if i am returning I would like to try another menu item instead if the waffle though~

A massive range of chocolate-based goodness: hot & cold drinks, cakes, brownies, smoothies, etc. Also diabetic and gluten free options. Service is not always the quickest, but the quality of food here is consistently good. Not a huge amount of seating, so bear that in mind on busy days.

They have a wide selection of chocolates and lollies and you will see that as you enter the shop. There are pre packed chocolates displayed on the shelves around the shop and there are also pretty-looking chocolates inside the glass cabinet. They serve hot chocolate and thick Italian hot chocolate with different flavours and they tasted very good. This is a very beautiful place for a quiet relaxing chat with a friend.

I come to this place everytime I want to feel a little like home (Italy) Nowhere in Auckland I found a hot chocolate that looks like the one we have in Italy until I came here a couple of weeks ago. And since then I already went back with my other italian friend. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff very nice. Good location to hang out with friend and. I will definitely be back at least once a month (especially in winter time). Haven't tried anything else from the menu yet but all looks very tasty. Really tasty. Two hot chocolates. The one with the shoot of vanilla was fantastic, but the one with the salted caramel was perhaps just a little bit too salty. Could just have been a little hotter, if you are drinking through a mound of cream it will be cool by the time it hits your mouth anyway.

Chocolate overload. And I love it. They have coffee options for drink, as well as non-chocolate cake selection to choose from. But why come here if you hate chocolate? Just go for a mud cake paired with a hot chocolate drink and be done with it. If you really insist, you can try their carrot cake, my wife and I love it. The hot Jaffa (chocolate drink with orange juice for the uninitiated) is also highly recommended.

Nice rich chocolate. Its quite small so if you come during peak hours, don't expect to get a table but besides that, this intimate boutique is pretty good. Also make sure you take home a little box of chocolates to savour!
