We would give this place 6 stars if we could👏👏
Not your usual suburban cafe. Sure you can get some of the usual cafe staples.. Done well in this case . But the stars of the show are the beautiful, tasty Asian inspired street food dishes.
Chef Rachel...you started this just before the August lockdown, with a young baby, Holly to look after. You took over a nondescript corner site and turned it into a great community cafe. Be proud, very proud. ❤️

I've lived in this neighbour a good portion of my life and prior to this becoming the hottest cafe to be at, this was actually our local dairy. We are regulars here despite moving way out of New Lynn. Every morsel is to die for, we have been coming here every weekend without fail (a part from level 4). My mother in law lives around the corner and walks there every morning for a coffee. The food is delish, customer service is on point and the overall feel of the place is calming. Hands down, this is what New Lynn needed! And trust me, you will never be disappointed!!! I wish I had more pics of the food, but my fat mouth couldnt help but inhale it all. If you're in the area give this place a visit, I promise you won't leave without buying extra! Oh and by the way the banoffee is out of this world. The only thing I ask for is please bring back the cheeseburger pie!

What we ordered:
- Brownie $6
- Bbq pork pastie $9
This cafe is pretty quaint and cute and I was definitely excited to try some of the food after hearing great things. I don't think we went at the best time because some of the things we wanted were sold out and we ended up just getting cabinet food, but the brownie was really fudgy and delicious and the bbq pork pastie was flaky and filled with sweet pulled pork. It was really enjoyable and I can't wait to go back and hopefully order the foods I originally intended on getting.

Coffee was ok, food was ok.
Had to ask for cutlery, butter and S & P.
Plates and cutlery design also awkward to use.
However staff very friendly and pleasant.

The banoffee slice is delicious! Will have to come back after lockdown to try more of the menu. Love finding great little local spots in the middle of suburbia

What a great addition to the neighborhood! Service is friendly and genuine, menu is not your regular cafe offering as it has a welcome Korean twist making it very interesting, highly recommend the steak and fried egg. Eggs Benedict was on point too. Very happy to have this cafe in our neighborhood 😎

Very nice little cafe, very friendly Staff, FRANCIS in particular was awesome. Food and coffee was delicious and the vibe was great. Came in on a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. Even got some free brunch themed entrees while we waited. Lovely, will be back

Yummy place to eat - very busy but staff manage well. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or worker but always down for a chat with the regular customers. I would drive about 40 mins to this cafe, it is an underrated cafe. Definitely a must try if you’re in Auckland.

exceptionally lovely staff! i was stunned at the pricing, much less than anticipated in tāmaki - $6 for a regionally applauded slice of banoffee?! the cabinet options are diverse compared to virtually every other cafe, friendly service too :-]
