V.Good variety of food. And good coffees. Well ventilated and good scanning in. Group breakfast an the salmon bruchetta was generous in the serving. Would order again. Blueberry Crepes were also reported as good too.
J.Always great food here! Fast,friendly service. The food cabinets are always chokka full of a wide range of food, hot and cold. We got the vegan big breakfast, heirloom tomato smashed avo, chicken ceasar salad & a tomato cheese flipover. You will need a covid passport to eat here. Best to go before 11am as the parking and tables fill up fast.
J.Always my favourite cafe for a brekkie or brunch. Always come in handy and never disappointed me. Can get really busy and times its always better to reserve a table incase. Food and service are the best. Love their egg benedict so muchhhhh.. Presentation and everything is top notch. Sweet to savoury you can find all of them there :))))

R.Visited here for the first time, heard about this place before, was excited to try! Service was great friendly helpful staff, display of food looks amazing! Food taste wise on the dishes did not hit the spot, was okay but I have tasted better, it's like it was lacking simple things like salt or seasoning, maybe if we ordered off the menu it would have been better? Some of the cupcakes we ordered were nice but sickly sweet! What I enjoyed the most had a bit more flavour and taste was the pesto pasta 🍝 all in all I wouldn't come back prices are way over rated like expensive but I guess that's what you pay at Cafe's??

K.Kreem cafe never disappoints me at all! I’ve gone here 3 times before there cupcakes are really rich and moist and there slices are divine. Today I went here for breakfast with my family staff were really good. We ordered a blue frog raspberry vanilla granola bowl, brioche French toast (which was delicious really recommend trying it out), eggs Benedict, and an omelette. Everyone enjoyed themselves can’t wait to go back next time.
K.Great cafe, bubbly with energy. Loads of people there. An amazing selection of sweet and savoury items in cabinets. The cupcake was delicious! Great coffee too. Love the design and decor of the cafe too.

N.We love coming here. The donuts are so good, we always get one each time. Cabinet food is so lovely, ploughmans big breakfast was great and eggs perfectly scrambled as we'd asked. Ribs were somewhat disappointing as the sauce tasted like it just came out a bbq sauce bottle with no other flavor, bit too sweet and unappetizing after a few bites. An improvement on the rib sauce would definitely be welcome. Great service and experience and we will definitely be back.
C.I love the place and their food. Just a very minor negative thing that I like to point out is there customer service. Our food came a bit longer than what I expected and no one really bothers to ask or assist me when I was in a Q in the counter to request something on my food. Anyway, probably they are just busy that time but definetely we'll be back!🙂
R.We visited on an unplanned basis on New Year's day, and were delighted with the range of choices on the menu. The food was very good, good sized meals, and a massive range of cabinet food and salads.
D.Awesome food. Nice presentation and taste. No table service, order at counter. Food came relatively fast, even before the coffee. Was quite busy but they have ample seats. Wide selection of cabinet food and bakes. Had the bacon platter and i really liked the bacon with the smokey taste, and the creamed mushrooms!
C.One of my favorite cafes to go to. Food is prepared fast and there’s so many yum options. I always get the mushroom croissant and their coffee is really good.
O.This place is quite a stunner out here in the west. Plenty of room which was a welcoming sight for our weekend cafe hunts. The food selection was amazing! And even with a lengthy warning about serving time these came out hot and fast. In addition the customer service certainly added value to the whole experience. This has become our local now!
B.Good foods but it’s a lil noisy sitting inside when all tables been occupied at the veranda. Maybe should tone down the background music and look at ways or plants to absorbs the noise internally

D.Great cafe with great selections of salads, savouries, cabinet food and cupcakes!! This place gets very busy so I would recommend coming here early or have late lunch. The ambience here is very spacious with the high ceilings and large exposure of natural light. Staff here are friendly as well and most importantly they make good coffee. Highly recommended!
F.Stopped in here for breaky this morning. Was looking for pancakes but settled for the french toast instead.
French toast didnt disappoint. Came with plenty of bacon. Banana and lots and lots of syrup. I wudnt have this everyday or even twice a week but on a cold winters morning when your looking for a treat to pick you up for the wèek. This is it!!! Wud highly recommend this to those deserving something special.

Food - hubby had salmon egg's bene with keto bread.
Vegetarian big breakfast was quite oily. Hubby enjoyed extra egg's from my brekkie & the oily spinach. The falafel, mushroom's, potato and pesto was tasty.

D.Always such a busy place whenever I dine in the weekends. Definitely a popular breakfast/brunch spot out west. Lots of choices from the menu plus cabinet foods. No doubt the presentation is spot on and it tastes amazing too! There are a lot of tables, so there won’t be much of a wait if no reservation is made!
Д.Nice coffee and breakfast. But salads and desserts and other things looks better then it taste and it is quite overpriced. Salmon quiche has potato in it. All salads are very cold when they get it out from the display fridge, desserts and bakery looks super cool but very Average taste. Also salad regular portion is tiny for 15 doll .

Huge portions of eggs Benedict with good fresh hollandaise sauce. Chicken burger with really crispy fries. And a huge selection of salads and sweets.

We had to ask twice what was happening with it and everyone else in the group had finished eating before the person with the wrong order finally got the correct one delivered.

e.Amazing cakes & pastries cabinet selection. Little disappointed w brekkie. Hollandaise sauce left alot to be desired and I really can't stand packet avocado mush when I'm expecting real 'smashed avocado', its a really poor & cheap substitute. Excellent service tho! Would def return for coffee & cake
D.This place was recommended to me by a friend and I went here for lunch and then breakfast the next day. Food was absolutely delicious both times and really good portions too. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? For sure. The staff were sooooooo AMAZING. They were friendly and helpful especially the girl with tattoos and the girl of colour (sorry I didn't get their names). They were such a delight to talk to! The food brought us in but the customer service will keep me coming back
A.The place is busy, has a nice atmosphere, and the food we haf was good. I had the Open Sandwich with chicken and it was yum. However, it is almost self-service. No one really checks on you or give you water or anything.
M.We had a great experience here. Delicious and freshly made food. Although it was a very busy day, some staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Specifically Moana welcomed us very kindly, we are grateful for here service. Kreem should be proud of such a nice member in their team.

I.A surprising range of hot and cold food which is of excellent quality and always fresh, portion size is fairly large. Yet to have a bad experience...don't think I will.

F.A great selection of beautiful food. Can get busy at times and can be very noisy inside (with both people and not-so-great music noise). Outside is better, though the seats aren't especially comfortable and it can get pretty blustery on a windy day.
C.I ordered a beef thai salad, being cold the beef was a bit tough and too much of the sweet chilli sauce. However my friend enjoyed her chicken salad. Many staff behind the counter and none on the floors checking if us the customer were satisfied. Overall, this place has plenty of options, attractive bakery to choose from, but my beef salad wasn't the great.☹️

H.Been here a couple of times in the past and though I didnt have a "great" experience, I was not put off returning. Food was nice and never had horrible service.
Today however, upon arrival we were approached by a rude young woman who has put me off coming back. The tone and non interest she showed came off very unwelcoming towards my family of 5.

A.waited 40 mins for Fish and Chips. The lemon served with F&C is stale and almost dried. The coffee is not impressive. Though the portion is big, will never visit in future. Absolutely not remmend.
L.Positives: Great Cafe Atmosphere, Food Quality and Options is amazing. So much to choose from and have always had nice, efficient service. Felt let down by the kids pancakes which was $10 and got 2 very small pancakes with a half chopped up banana and a pool of syrup. My daughter ended up eating her breakfast and some of mine (she's only 1!) The parking is also insufficient on a busy day. Fills quickly as it's shared with the Asian grocer next door.

T.Great place to go for breakfast or lunch. The deli cabinet is always full with delicious salads, pastas, soups, wraps etc. Great variety of slices, donuts and the sweeter things. The kitchen food is also top notch and the staff are very professional and friendly. Only problem is that waiting times can be long due to how busy it gets, but the staff do the very best they can to get your food out to you ASAP, and the quality of the food makes up for the time it took. Highly recommend. One of the best cafes out west.
S.Food portion good but meals served to us warm to cold. Level 2 cleaning great. Outside area spaced apart however narrow pathway so close proximity with frequent passing by staff and other customers which negated the table spacing

Cabinet food look pretty amazing, especially their cupcakes. Definitely worth a try but all flavours aren't all equal some are sickly sweet. I liked the double chocolate cake.

I.I went there for my 60th on Friday 2nd October for lunch with my folks and was not disappointed, in fact after previewing online and drooling at the range & variety they carry in sweets( even made & decorated my cake) i was highly delighted with the food & service.
I noticed how busy it was and how many people outside waiting to get in which speaks for itself.
Definitely worth a revisit as ive been telling my friends. 👏👍

H.Lovely establishment, easy parking, and lots of options to choose from. Probably would have given it 5 stars except that the fettuccine I had was a little too peppery. Coffee was great and having warm and friendly staff made up for it. Honestly if you have a sweet tooth you probably will need additional time to mull over the delicious options (and probably hold the line up), pecan pie and apple crumble an absolute must.
S.Make sure you book a table if going on the weekend!! We lined up outside for about 30 mins as they are incredibly popular. Great range of gluten free options. Really generous serving sizes and food came out extremely quickly given how busy they were. Coffee is ok. Highly recommend the GF coconut and blueberry muffin.

P.Great food but not enough people serving so grab and dash took nearly 20 mins! Improve that and and it's 5+ stars all the way.
M.Caters for a whole range of needs. I love the half and half on the salads and good sized portions. About 10 different salads plus other choices. At least 5 gluten free cakes!! Happy waiting staff. Good size car park though at busy times does get full- full when I arrived at 12.30pm then by the time I had driven round, 4 spaces empty.

D.My first time here and I absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and fast, loved the presentation of the food. For me personally I found that there was too much bacon and so maybe a little less of that and more of something else to even out the portion sizes would’ve been good (each to their own)however that didn’t take away the fact that the quality of the food was great!

Sadly, the cabinets and queue to order are so poorly placed that a traffic jam happens pretty much everytime we visit. I hate blocking other people while I'm trying to decide on something from the cabinet.
Staff attitude is quite stoic, the kitchen is always busy, and on multiple occasions staff have not been very mindful of mistakes from the kitchen - sometimes prompting us to approach other staff members to remedy it ourselves (even after waiting and asking the server).
N.Always top notch food here. Very popular place in West Auckland. Summertime will be hectic for them. May pay to book ahead if thinking of eating here but worth it
R.Get in before the rush, huge selection of food. Fresh and delicious. Couple of times there's been an issue wth my order but they soon alleviate that. Too noisy inside, the acoustics not great if you're wanting a quiet cozy conversation. When it's windy and cold outside, it's difficult to find a table to get away from it.

c.I’ve been to this cafe several times in the last couple of months and mostly it’s been fine. The staff are great, and the coffee is good, and the steak sandwich that I got each time was nice....it didn’t set the world on fire but it was flavoursome.
The last time however, I decided to try a cupcake with my coffee and also a dish from the cabinet, sesame chicken and rice. The cake was coarse and dry, and the buttercream had the unpleasant, greasy feel of shortening. Very disappointing. Then there was the chicken which I expected to be on a bed of white rice....but no, the rice, which made up 95% of the plate, was coated in sauce which was so over salted as to render it inedible. I advised the waitress who immediately said”I know what you’re talking about” so obviously I wasn’t the only one that had commented, and yet the dish was still in the cabinet? To their credit they immediately offered a complementary item or my money back....but it was lunchtime, and I don’t think a donut cuts it as a meal, so I got my money back. All in all up till this visit it would have been 4 stars, and as I say, the coffee and the staff are great, and the three I have given reflect that.....shame on this occasion the food didn’t measure up.
N.Great location, open and fresh decor. The usual fare done pretty well, and good coffee. A little more attention to detail wouldn’t go astray but all in all good solid cafe.
V.Huge selection, coffee and chai latte is very good. Even when busy you will normally get a table as it is a large place with seating indoor and outdoor. Classy fit out and own parking which can be busy
K.Always very busy so in my books that is a very good sign, its clean, staff are friendly, coffee is very good too. But if you are going here for lunch there could possibly be a bit of a wait as for being so popular there food is so nice I would highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

M.Great food and service. Always busy which is no surprise at all. Kreem has large variety of choices when it comes to eating and make a decent coffee. Can be a little chilly sitting outside when all the inside seating is taken up but removeable screens protect from the elements. Will definitely be going back soon.

F.Decor is good. Good vibes. The the little cake where so dry. Went with my mother and friends and a few order some of those cakes and man they were dry. They also had that fridge flavor. As if the had stored them in the fridge uncovered from maybe one or two days.... Just don't go for those cakes, they might look good, but don't taste as good as they look...

Daughter had a chicken burger and berry smoothie. She thought it was 'good '. I had a vegan burger. I didnt actually read what was in it when it came discovered it was a chicken free chicken burger. It was a bit dry but nice flavours. The fries were ok. Soy Latte was good. We shared a chocolate cupcake which I would describe as a mini cake. It tasted good. Overall things were ok.

V.Went here for the first time last weekend. A nice spacious place & good food but couple of issues.
Found this system of having to order everything for 3 of us at the till before sitting at the table a bit inconvenient. Can imagine how difficult it will be for larger groups. Typed up 9 items on my phone & gave it to the staff member at the till. She appeared to enter them into the system, told me the amount & took the payment. After we were seated, the ordered items came one by one but found 1 coffee missing at the end. After reminding a couple of waiting staff, one of them came back to say “you haven’t ordered it”. I showed her the list on my phone but she said the staff may have missed it & I need to go back to the till & pay before the missed coffee can be served. No apologies or anything. Found it very frustrating that I was asked to go back halfway through my meals to pay for the coffee they missed out in the first place. Could have easily served me the coffee & I would have happily gone & paid once I finished my meals. Found it one sided thinking & not very customer friendly.
Also found the coffee a bit pricey at $6.90 for a large Flat White & Cappuccino. While the space & food are nice there is room for improvement on the service front. Hope these are looked at to make it more customer friendly.
A.Extremely overrated. It's always busy and has plenty of options but most of the food is pretty average. Our table was uneven and wobbling so we moved to another. This had a wobble too but not as bad. There was a fly inside the premade food cabinet because someone had left the door open on their side. We asked for our stuff to be brought out together but they brought the premade thing out first, so one of our group had finishes theirs by the time the rest of ours came out. We went given cutlery with any of our meals and had to go back and get it. One was given a knife on their plate but no fork. The food was okay some better than others but not too bad. Despite their shortcomings, and there were many, the place is asthetically pleasing, the coffee is decent and the staff are very friendly and seem to do well under pressure. The place is always busy and buzzing but on the 4 separate occasions I have been there I have been underwhelmed every one.
D.A tiny bit on the pricey side, but the food is great, there's a wide selection of different lunch options, the atmosphere is bright and bustling, and the staff are really friendly. Great place for a bit of lunch.
C.Me and a few others had lunch here. Food was good but over priced for portions you get $7 dollar chips for a hand full and a half. One person at our table got the chicken sandwich which said below with or without avocado she asked for avocado got none went to ask about it staff came to the table saying you didnt pay for it itll cost extra which it didnt state on the menu but made it seem like a hassle to just get some avocado with a sandwich. And the aioli sauce was like old gelato.
J.The layout Inside is lovely and the selection of food will keep you second guessing yourself towards what you thought you wanted. Overall I have had decent experiences here, not amazing but nowhere near bad. Most of the food items are quite nice, others left me a little disappointed, nothing blew my mind and stood out . I would recommend this place if you were considering it, give it a try!

N.Totally average food that never lives up to the expectation. I’ve tried this place three times now because it gets so many good reviews and I figure maybe I’ve just had bad luck. But after three poor attempts I’ve decided it’s not that great.
The food is not awful but it lacks taste. There is no flavor. Today we tried the Mac n cheese and the Vietnamese salad. The Mac n cheese was ok. The Vietnamese salad was bland, soggy and totally flavorless.
On the up side the staff are always friendly and there is a good vibe in the place.

L.Chicken is always too dry. I've ordered a few chicken dishes and they always seem to be dry and hard. The chicken always lets the whole dish down. There are many chicken dishes at Kreem which sounds amazing. If the chicken was cooked right the dish would be a strong 5 star but its just disappointing. It is also really annoying for people who only eat white meat as they have to chew through that rubbery and dry texture. Apart from that inconvenience, I loved dessert and the frappes! I just really hope they improve their chicken.

V.We took one of our clients to Kreme this morning to give it try, Staff were very friendly and efficient workers👌 Unfortunately can't say that for the food we ordered, Chicken burger our client reported was dry🙈I ordered a chocolate brownie it was very dry, Staff acknowledge this and refunded my money back on the brownie👏Unfortunately not for the Chicken burger as they explained was fresh🙄Before hand while waiting for our order we noticed that there were two large Blow Flys circulating the savoury muffins, we informed staff about it and only replied oh, and put on there rodent spray/chaser😣To add they didn't even bother to remove the savoury muffins that the Blow Flys were sitting on😎! That's straight disgusting there Manager reply unfortunately they can't do anything about that they have adequate rodent controls within the cafe and unfortunately that's just how their display cabinets are made and that she can't control that!🙄on a positive note Iced Coffee was good and so was there Fries👌Other than that I wouldn't return back to this cafe considering the attitude and arragancy of the manager😅! But appreciated the $4.50 refund on the brownie😂what a joke! Anyhow that was myself and colleague opinion on this Cafe better luck next time😛
