Ordered via the app, fast and easy, ready in less than 5 min, finally tried the famous strawberry açaí lemonade, I asked for less ice but there’s about 50% ice in it, few sip and it’s gone, drink looks pretty but it’s definitely overhyped, tasted artificial.

Dec2019: Recently renovated. Good open style offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Very handy location being at the entrance to the mall. Also very close to motorway. Being a regular customer, I noticed in my recent resist there has been continuous staff turn over. Perhaps this is a results of new management? Also there is this tall male staff, he never smiles to customers, and look at you in a blank way. Impossible to have conversations with. Reduced current rating to 3 stars due to staff turn over and unfriendly individual staff mentioned above. (he is featured in one of the photos below in red T shirt) Aug2019: (rated 5 stars then) Awesome Team and services, they will remember you by name. Services such as this one is hard to come by nowadays. Great place and very easy parking.

Nice but pricey, would of been nice if they had given me a cup holder for the 3 drinks but nope they dont have those.

Too busy needs drive thru

Sad rewards system where you need to top up your Starbucks App Card then pay through there then you will get rewards. It's not convenient for people to prepay top up. But anyways not complaining but just saying

Often having coffee here, had no bad experience but not yesterday. Placed an order at 2:17pm and received at 3:40pm. There were about 30 people waiting outside raining including me. Few people wanted to cancel but that was also not an easy option. It was never like this, so I think they were short of staffs or maybe some of them were newbies.

Very good and quick! the lady who took my order around 4:30ish was very nice and helping and my drink tasted very good a little sweet but good, i’ll be coming here more often😊.

Such a cool customer service. When I ask for another marshmallow to my cappuccino the lady offered me more than I asked. Good atmosphere too 😊

If you haven't been for awhile then you should go in They now have merchandise shelves and they have added in more low comfy chairs. We were there not long before they were due to close and not once were we made to feel rushed. The service was great and they were happy to wait patiently while we decided what we wanted. The coffee as usual was great and the staff quite happily waited for us to finish and leave before they finished closing up.

Very popular little Starbucks.. great indoor and outdoor seating areas. I have never had to wait too long to get my order. Friendly staff who work well under the pump.

Busy Starbucks, but orders come quickly. Not the nicest Starbucks, hasn't been renovation yet like many others. But staff is friendly.

Lovely staff, especially the Polynesian/Māori male with the long hair. Always uses his manners and is polite everytime. Westgate is consistent with taste and speed in terms of being great. 5/5

My favourite greentea frapp + extra espresso shot! You can add on the chocolate chips too! I never regret with it! Thou they always spell me wrong but I dont mind ;)

Service was really good, even though the place was super busy and full the staff were really sweet and got our drinks done pretty quickly. Ryan and Olesia were really friendly and sweet despite being under pressure because of how busy the store was which I really appreciated. I'd definitely come here again 😊

Typical Starbucks, friendly staff, free WiFi, good location with heaps of parking. These days they prefer contactless ordering via App and collect but you can dine in. New App needs prepaying which is a pain but Rewards system is quite good 😊

Friendly staff and great coffee too! Tried the latest cherry blossom coffee, very tasty, just make sure to bring your own straw though, cus the straw they supply, which I believe made of paper became soggy and dissolved … 😂

Visited during Happy Hour (3-5pm), crowded, long queue. One of the reason was they have the special: 50% off Frappuccino. Love it, excellent drink.

Really quick service even when busy, shout out to the team working during this lockdown 🥰 the sausage roll was delicious and the mocha nice and sweet 🤤

Love going to my local Starbucks, just went there this morning and had barely given my order and sat down when my coffee way ready and waiting. It would have been perhaps a minute or just over since giving my order that it was made. Awesome service thanks Mana and the lovely lady who served me. Always friendly and polite, top store, thank you.

Soooo lovely, the cashier Olesia drew little hearts and smileys on our drinks and was super friendly, definitely one of the best front of house I've ever been served by in a Starbucks! The barista was also very efficient and friendly, and the coffee was delicious! Thank you :)

The new plant based options are great. Ordering online was good, it took a while longer than the time range given but worth the wait!

Shabby no chic, factory line service, very artificial tasting coffee

I love to have Ice Caramel Macciato most of time. I guess she is the manager anyway she is the only person who smiling whenever she does the customer service among staffs. I really appreciate she always welcoming customers. I used to order hot coffee before but I reckon that coffee quality really depends on barista’s skill. It was not that good so since then I usually order ice coffee

Quick service and friendly staff, not a big fan of the paper straws they use but that's just company policy. Tried out the Cookies and Cream Frappuccino, would recommend for those with a sweet tooth.

Always a good place to go, me and my wife come here weekly. The staff are helpful and friendly, the service is quick and the drinks are good. Our go to favourite is the Coffee Caramel Frappuccino, perfect for these hot summer days.

Was a great service. Drink was nice. But felt with the weather the fan was unnecessary or at least turn the temperature up a little. That's twice in 2 weeks it was cold inside. Otherwise I would have given it more star.

Frappacino was nice. Toasted sandwich was okay. Nothing to complain about but not cheap at $16.

Mana is the bomb at making all the orders he is a asset to the business. But whoever the lady was on counter was terrible! Telling me she doesn't know what I'm talking about is bad customer service. There is other ways of wording things, it wasn't till I raised my voice a little she started to simmer down. Then proceeded to ask other staff member for help, I have seen her normally making all the orders not serving, maybe that's where she should stay at the back.

Starbucks staff at Westgate are always amazing and deserve much more praise. Keep it up team!

Excellent staff at Westgate Starbucks, friendly and engaging with customers, fast turnaround and happy to make your specified order to your liking. No complaints if its slightly wrong, they just go about correcting it with a smile. Toys and space to just sit and relax with free internet for 2 hours of needed. I sit and relax while my granddaughter plays.

Just the best place for good coffee. Clean toilets, good parking, friendly staff, fair selection of cabinet food. Pricing fair, quality excellent, speed of service excellent. Hard to fault.

I come here almost every morning before work and i am almost very pleased with my order but today I walked in to come karen complaining about the amount of cream she got, making a total utter scene about a dollar. Holding up the line for those trying to get to work and saturday morning activities. The barista was getting frustrated with where she was trying to go with this but to the lady with the two braids - well done for holding your ground. People like that aren’t easy and I commend you on how you handled yourself in that stressful environment. Folks, please try and be nice to the people that serve that when getting coffee or billing up your order etc. Have a blessed day
