This coffee ☕ club is impressive from a few of the coffee club cafés i have visited. The decor and interior were relaxing and a character of it's own. The staff were great and tended to our needs. The hot chocolate had a cardboard strip around the glass The water bottle looked sleek with H20 scribed on the bottle. Even the menu looked amazing Out door seating available.

Great service , team member Mary is such a happy person , felt very welcoming .

Neat and tidy store in convenient location. Food is of good quality and moderately priced. Sometimes it takes a while to get your meal after ordering. Fills up quickly. Most staff are friendly.

Great atmosphere Breakfast menu - eggs Benedict and fish amd chips Yummy .. Loved it. We ordered coffee also. Which came after we finished our meal would prefer they were served at the same time or before breakfast. But otherwise good

Coffee club a known with various shop/chef tweaks which is nice and keeps me on my toes. My goto place, for warmth, food and me time.

We were served promptly and our meal was prepared quickly. The food was beautifully cooked with lovely flavour combinations. Very impressed. Thank you Chef Sue! (I asked the Chefs name).

The standard of service was average, with some tables around us receiving better quality than our own. Food was good however, Some of our coffees were burnt.

The food was amazing and on top of that the customer service from the girl name Sasha ? Aw she had an amazing customer service and was always checking up on not just us but every customers that were there. I feel that she deserves a much better position than just being a waitress. The peeps that served us on the counter wasn’t great so they should learn something from her. 😁

honestly one of the nicest little spots to come for a meal. staff are polite and always attentive to our requests. always get the eggs Benedict and they have always been perfect. drinks are fresh and taste like they have been made with quality ingredients as if you just got them yourself from a market. one of my favourite spots.

Northwest. Busy yet good atmosphere. Great menu selection accompanied with generous portion size to match. Service staff on the other hand however seriously need a lot of upskilling in the hospitality, friendly and communications department. Hope to come back and find improvement.

Could update the kids eggs benedict and take card before you eat , it's easy for a customer to forget , save the embarrassment. Other then that it's nice enough

Very good tea and coffee, spent a long time there catching up with a friend. Staff exc.and saw them clearing and cleaning tables promptly after people left.

Great food and outstanding service from waitress I think her name is Sasha. Such an asset to your team goes the extra mile for every customer with a beautiful smile and great attitude. We will be back to enjoy her service soon

love love love the Coffee Club Northwest. Amazing coffee, great service and there is always a warm welcome on arrival. Food has always been excellent, considering we visit on a daily basis this is one shop that always gets the coffee right... every time! Well done team!

Food and drink were good but unfortunately the wait staff lets this place down badly. From super long waits for simple drinks to orders being brought in with huge intervals between individuals.

Unfortunately had to leave, waited 10 - 20 minutes for someone to take our order, other people seated after us, orders were taken first, very disappointing as this was the first time we had this experience at this place, so we went opposite the road instead. These days every one in hospitality needs abit of love, maybe we were meant to go Casablanca that day and they never disappoint
