I've been here many times. It's a solid cafe with good lunch and snack options. Not the best coffee on campus, but perfectly serviceable. The staff are efficient and really friendly. I particularly like their muesli, and burritos.

Might very well be the best coffee on campus! If anything, it's definitely got the best atmosphere. This place has the most well defined character out of all food places around UC, and if you bring a keep cup - you'll get 50c off your coffee. If you're a student, you have to have a hearty chat with a friend with a couple of coffees at a beautiful wooden table here at Cafe 1894 at least once in your uni career👍🏻

Their coffee has been consistently good for the 5 years I've studied on campus. Food isn't really bad but could be said to lack variety and be a little on the expensive side for what it is at times.

Such good friendly service, great food and excellent coffee! Cafe of choice for students at UC. Will be returning simply to use the cafe. Awesome!

I really like the coffee they make and the breakfast musli. Yum!! Though the salad mix they have is not the best, cos the mixed ingredients don't complement each other.
