Wow! This place is a new gem. Delicious vietnamese food mixed with kiwi classics. My smoothie was amazing, the banh mi was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly. Can't recommend it enough. We will definitely be back soon.

First time having Vietnamese food and it was delicious! I loved the pretty drinks as well and the staff were very friendly. Definitely going to come back with some friends.

This is 100% a must-try if you are in the area! Fast service, very friendly and efficient staff, and an amazing food and drinks menu! The Vietnamese milk iced coffee was hands down the best iced coffee I have ever had! And great price for the Bahn Mi - I definitely reccomend the chicken floss or grilled pork one, it tasted like I was back in Vietnam! Will be back ASAP!

I've went 2 days in a row because the place is so so amazing!!! The caishers are super friendly and niceeee(the bubbliest cashiers I've ever met). The vibe is immaculate. There is such nice lighting for pictures as welll. Love this place it's my new favourite place to go to

Amazing banh mi, and delicious drinks too. We got a kiwifruit juice, tiramisu iced latte, grilled pork banh mi and combination banh mi, everything was incredible, and food was super fast, and very well priced. Will definitely be back

Just had a super tasty big breakfast here. This is a new cafe with an real warm feel to it. They have a great selection of drinks to choose from including some coffee options from Vietnam and the menu also has choices for everyone.

First authentic Vietnamese egg coffee I’ve found in New Zealand. Taste and texture is just like in Hanoi. The cold wintermelon tea was delicious was great as well. Will definitely be back to try the food

So many new and creative things to try, especially the drinks menu! Super lovely staff with great customer service. This is a place I would definitely be coming to, to meet friends or even to get some work done as they offer free wifi! 🤩🤍

Really nice cafe. Coffee is good enough and a great place to come study with complimentary wifi that works flawlessly. Staff are friendly, one guy in particular is probably too eager and seems overly thankful about his job but better that way than someone who is mean & nasty. They also have student pricing/discounts which is a nice touch. Bathroom facilities are really well done.

The atmosphere was really welcoming and the staff were really friendly. We tried the grilled pork bahn mi and it was delicious. The drinks were pretty to look at and refreshing with the food. Unfortunately there were traces of cross contamination with the food that caused a mild reaction for my daughter. When we brought it to the staff's attention they were apologetic and were eager to fix the problem. Loved their customer service, we will be back.

First time to Ngon Ngon. I tried the grilled pork banh mi. So good! My hubby was especially impressed with the Blueberry Danish pastry. We thought we would share but it was so good that I let him have all. We definitely be back to try other options on the menu. The staff were so friendly and just smiley. A plus!

Beautiful wee cafe, lovely friendly staff, so welcoming, clean and bright and the food is amazing! Cabinet food includes dark chocolate and pecan cookies which are delicious. Menu has yummy banh mi and the beef lemongrass vermicelli bowl and vegetarian egg rolls are SO SO good! As for the drinks - the barista makes the best drinks in town. Love this place!

I’ve heard lots of great things about Ngon Ngon so gave it a try for Mother’s Day. It was really great food and drink at reasonable prices (esp the food) One of the 2 ingredients I asked not to be in the meal was unfortunately there, and one meal was missed completely from the order (even after it was read back to me), but once I let them know they quickly put it through. These points are the only reason for 4 stars. Everything else was great

Excellent coffee with plenty of choice from your every day cappuccino to something more original like the tiramisu coffee. To top it up, you can accompany your drink with some amazing food and the staff is really friendly. I highly recommend.

AMAZING banh mi! I tried the combo banh mi and it was absolutely delicious. Hands down the best banh mi in Christchurch. We will be back!

Amazing food here, my mother whom is from Vietnam absolutely loved it and the food made her feel like she was back home. I recommend the banh khốt it was really flavoursome and enjoyable. We also ordered the beef and egg on a sizzling plate and the combo banh mi and both were also delicious. We will come back here again!!

Yummy food and drinks, but was a bit let down as there were multiple pieces of ham in my veggie banh mi - Reponse: Thanks for the explanation! might be helpful to put the veggie ham in the ingredients list on the menu because people might get confused :)
