I have only ordered some fries today because I'm already in overdraft. They were the best fries I have ever had in my life. When they came out I had so many doubts. It was a BIG load of fries. But I just couldn't stop myself until it was gone. It felt like a dream. I completely zoned out and got sent into another dimension, it was that good!!! And that Mexican iced coffee. I don't even like cinnamon but I could not refuse drinking that whole glass with my Holly fries!! 20/10, would 100% recommend!!!!

Bought a cappucino and a frenchie baguette. The coffee i got was warm at best. I pretty much immediately said it wasn't hot, and it took alot of convincing until she reluctantly made me another one. Just remind your staff that coffee is served hot, not warm. use a thermometer in the milk. They redeemed themselves with the frenchie baguette, very nice. It seems like i rocked the boat a bit in there, got a few looks from the tables of hipster trash and communists that frequent it because i dare challenge the "poor girl" for giving me a warm coffee.

Nice boutique cafe along George street, a place to rest your feet and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Central Dunedin. Nice coffee and good customer service. Come and try it out yourself !

Was a hot day originally came here for a milkshake but decided to try the Mexican iced coffee. Comes out nicely presented, although I did need some advice on how to mix it which the staff were happy to help and give advice on how to do it. Overall the drink was really nice I would have it again and the cafe looks good with some recycled doors being used as tables.

Wow. Went here for lunch today with my meat loving husband. Something to suit him and me the Vego. We will be back. Great friendly service. Food is awesome. Price good

Decent food. Food came out hot and nicely seasoned. Fries were great. Cinnamon chai was delicious. Chicken roll was spicy but a little stingy with the filling. Bread was fresh though. Pork bahn mi was biggest disappointment. Ours came with tiny bits of thinly sliced pork. For the price we paid we expected more. Visited around 3pm. The staffed looked like they were ready to go home. Good for a one off visit.

Iced/ice cream mocha was really good. The special is better than the spicy one cause of the gravy 😍

Have tried the two vegetarian options; the vege bagel and the tofu boy (so huge it should be the tofu man). Loved both!!

Great space for a snack and drink. Friendly staff, trendy atmosphere and tasty morsels. The Thai squid was great... and spicy. Good location for all city centre too.

Really cool spot. Great location in the city making it a good place to pop into after shopping. They have a neat drinks menu. Recommend the Mexican iced coffee and the range of sodas.

Cute cafe very intimate and warm ambience. Loved the chips but sometimes service can be hit or miss depending on who's working. Overall super busy and nice place to get coffee and a bite to eat.

Super cool George Street cafe, excellent coffee made by artisan barista and the food going out was different, in a good way, very tasty. Where cool and quality hang out together. Go for the deconstructed Mexican Iced Coffee. Go!

Good music w right amount of base. Well made coffee. Ginger bread pillowy light. Kimchi cheese bagel dangerously good. Beers on tap too.

Walked in, was left to figure out things on my own. Got myself The Special for 12.50$ (quitea fair price), baguette and the fried chicken were however drenched in dressing which otherwise would have been a great sandwich. The workers there aren't the friendliest either. No reason for a second visit.

Awesome coffee. I didnt order anything to eat but the food I did see coming out struck me as 'soul food.' The menu looked awesome, I'll definitely be going back for a lunch next time the weather is horrible and I need a boost.

Cool venue. Small but a nice atmosphere with some nice tunes to match it's old school vibe. The food was tasty as well and we loved how the milkshakes came in the original metal things that they make them in.

Good coffee and the Frenchie was yum. Only down side was the music was too loud for me. I like to chat over coffee and the music was intrusive.

The alternative vibe of the cafe is pretty cool, and it stands out against normal cafes. The food is really nice, especially the fries which can be seasoned with a variety of spices.

One of the best coffee in the town! Really! Yummy chocolate cakes and good music. To be honest it is one of our favorite places in Dunedin.

Wonderful store to visit! Fast and lovely service! Highly reccomend the chip buttie with gravy and aioli! Shin makes a great coffee too! 😊

It's nice but I feel like it's a bit too cramped. I felt like I was climbing over people to get in and out of my seat. If it were bigger it would be a lot better in my opinion.

I always came back for the ingenious extravaganza of a drink called "Mexican Iced Coffee", which proves to be one of the most delicious and inventive and pleasantly DIY beverages I have had to date. The other drinks are might fine as well, but I could hardly steer off my all time favourite!
