P.We enjoyed our lunch, the food was very nice indeed. You just have to be careful that they don't charge you for something that you didn't order. They have handicap parking around the side of the building near the ramp, but there is no sign out the front to say were the handicap parking was and when I mentioned that, they just said that they know. Beautiful view's from the front deck....
ʞ.If they were consistent with food quality I would give 5 stars. A lot of the meat served is very obviously cheap meat and the pancakes are the ones you can bulk buy frozen. The waffles though, very good and obviously home cooked. I have been here a lot as I live close but every time I go I feel like the food is getting my expensive and the quality is staying the same or getting worse.

Our group had a great cuppa here after a good walk in the Pukemokemoke Reserve.
The staff were efficient and nice.
There is a playground area for over-energetic children.

V.This place in Manawaru, part way along the cycle trail, was a pleasure to find in a little village in this farming community. It was a little hard to spot coming from the south, being concealed at the end of a large community building, so I would suggest clearer signage at that end. This cute cafe was much more obviously visible from the north end. I loved the food and service and I will be back!

V.Can't give 4.5. Food was good and good size servings without being excessive. Shifted tables as first one was dirty. Cold water to the table on such a hot day would be good. Water may be there but covid rules stops you loitering to check everything out. Free EV charging a bonus. Will return but it is a bit off the standard track although probably adds very little to the travel time.
