J.Lovely staff. Friendly and welcoming.
Always always get a winning coffee from here. Never had a problem.
Staff are always willing to make the adjustments to my drink for me without any hassle.
m.Creme Brulee latte and hot chocolate were well made and tastes great. Ordered the $19 something big breakfast I think (can't rememberthe name). It was average. Poached eggs were perfect though. Staff were really quiet so wouldn't really have much to say besides them providing adequate service. Would I come back here? Yes, for drinks only. Would I order the same breakfast? Probably not, but would like to try other recommendations. Overall my experience would have to be a 4-star.
M.Three of us had lunch here. It was ok. Part of our order was missed but staff were happy to give us our curly fries in a takeaway container. The hollandaise sauce on Eggs Benedict tasted like it was made using margarine- very disappointing. The bagel and omelette were good. Drinks were good.

C.Very delicious coffee from here every time. I get the coconut milk one and Taryn gets the normal milk one and both are exceptional. Keep up the awesome work guys and girls. We always go there every time we are at the base
J.great coffee, awesome service, yummy chillers. when it's a hot day and you want a frappe they have really yummy ones I recommend the mint chocolate bomb
m.Stopped here while we were going through Hamilton is easy access for a wheelchair the food was average for the price you paid but the coffee was good
B.I work at Te Awa so have tried all coffee places available. Gloria Jeans is one of those places you won't know it's there unless told about as it's tucked away in the corner of the mall next to Paper Plus. However when you do discover it the coffee would be the best Te Awa has to offer and very consistent. Some of the baristas have been there for at least 4 years which probably explains why it's good. Have no complaint's about the food either with plenty of selection.

L.Nice Coffee but there was no social distancing happening at this Cafe during Covid Level 2, also did not see any cleaning happening while we were there.
R.Hot drinks are good. But the cakes and savouries are not up to the mark. We bought the brownie it was almost like a soft stone. Very disappointed with the brownie. Customer service is good.
L.My husband and I witnessed terrible hand hygiene yesterday and when my husband politely spoke to the staff member involved the staff member became augmentative. We have been long time customers of gloria Jean's at the base but will not be going there again.
C.Awesome place. Didn't know this cafe existed as its tucked away in the corner. My friend reccomended this cafe to me and I would 100% go again. Awesome food and quick service 👍
