Visited this cafe by my friend recommendation. It was little bit hard to find the place from the road so I didn't really notice even I drove through around there. The staff there were very nice and friendly even there were in the busy time. Food was tasty. Bubble tea was awesome too. I'd definitely come back and try other food!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the staff who are super friendly and easy going to talk to. The environment was calm and relaxing (I'm someone who can't handle a mad rush load of people with my anxiety so it was a nice fresh pace) Ordered a hot chocolate and a mocha for the partner. Their large cup sizes are huge and for the price value, very much worth it! Ordered a Teriyaki Burger dish along with a Spicy Chicken salad. Their plates were massive and loaded with big fries and Kumara chips that were cooked really well. The chickens were super hot and fresh off the pan. The flavors were drool worthy. Their dishes are widely ranged so you aren't limited to a certain 'culture' food. Honestly highly recommend to anyone.

I got Iced latte today for my friend for the very first time from melting moments. My friend, she was so happy to see the coffee cup as it was so appealing and beautiful made coffee. She commented that the cup is "cute". She loved the taste very much. I will definitely visit here again for the drinks and food.

Had a delicious sponge pudding sweet accompanied with a regular flat white, great combination of flavors. This place is very well decorated, with cozy chairs in the back. The sound track was awesome as well. Thankfully it closes at 8pm, so plenty of time to relax and contemplate some thoughts. Certainly gotta come back to try other marvelous dishes.

One of the best cafes nearby this new area. The prices are a bit steep but you pay for what you get, the chicken is massive and the portion sizes are enough for two people. The bubble tea is the best in Hamilton and the cream puffs and rolls although are pricey they are the best you can get with a lot of love put into them, you can taste the freshness and the filling of the cream rolls and the cream puffs are nothing I have ever had before, a must try!

Had the Peach Oolong bubble tea, wasn't a hit with me but every time I go and ask to buy just one scoop of pearls in a takeaway cup(or my own reusable container) they are always happy to sell me some. (I make my own iced coffee at home with rice milk as not many places have it as an alternative on their menu's).

A bit hard to find, but worth the effort. Super-friendly staff and the cakes are amazing. Try the coffee tiramisu - but not too close to bedtime.

Visited this place with my wife and kid and was left with very good impressions. Waitress was very smiley and herself made a really good coffee and bubble tea. They have high chair for babies, small play area and changing table so visit with a kid is not a problem. They might be a bit understaffed but this did not affect our experience. Definitely recommend to visit and will be back myself.

Might be pricey and serving portions were a bit small but the outstanding service by the staff is worth the coming back to. The laksa noodle is really worth a try.

We're currently renovating our kitchen and eating at the Melting Moment a lot. I really like the cosy atmosphere when dining in. You can tell the place has been set up with a love for detail and the staff are happy. The food is delicious, with a good variety and big portions and the place is open later in the day. Recommend

I really recommend this place. I love the customer experience they provide, from customer service through to providing a bubble tea menu that caters to a wide range of people. Being Lactose intolerant, I've never found a bubble tea place that does soy milk, almond or coconut milk but this place does all of these and it's amazing. Not only do they cater for lactose intolerant people, but the layout of the menu even asks a range of things from temperature that you would like your bubble tea to be served at, to the amount of sweetness (sugar). So essentially you get exactly what you like and are after. Besides that this is by far my top pick for bubble tea, the flavours are delicious and cater to a wide range of palates. I'm totally in love with this place and will definitely will be going again and spreading the word to my friends. 10/10 Love! The interior is homely and aesthetically pleasing (overall good vibes) and as a bonus the people working there are super lovely.

I'm kinda loathe to give this place a good review as one of the reasons I love it is that - if you go at the right time - it can be quiet. But I have to be honest, it's a hidden gem. The service and food is amazing. Fantastic coffee and a unique and varied menu that is made to perfection. One of the very few cafes open late in Hamilton (8pm currently) Another secret: you can bicycle all the way to this cafe from the city centre and travel only on safe and scenic purpose-made bicycle paths. It's a wonderful destination cafe that deserves huge success.

New place. Nice and clean with tasty food but 6$ for a large Flat white i think is a little overpriced. The mocha cake was nice too (sorry forgot to take photos) but 7.50$ is also overprice. Cream puffs were good but with crunchy shell which was interesting. Overall 3/5 for value n 4/5 for taste. Worth visiting once.

Tried the $8.50 for a large cold bubble tea. The pearls were soft and sweet and the tea was blended well. Over priced but it came with quality instead of quantity.

Totally crazy that you are not open early for coffees. Thanks for responding, credit to you. Hopefully once there is more housing and population in that area, you will be able to open earlier. We are daily coffee drinkers and it would be so nice to drop our daughter off at daycare and whizz in for a coffee every morning rather then go to Chartwell Robert Harris or McD Cafe.
