I was treated with compassion and empathy by the wonderful lady from the night ship this morning while ordering a coffee. I appreciated the practical help, wise words and excellent coffee (with a caramel shot and fancy lids) to calm my nerves. Will definitely pop in again for coffee and share my experience with others of this business.
