J.A nice range of fresh looking rolls, sandwiches and old-fashioned home baking style cookies and cakes. The pies looked absolutely mouth-watering delicious. Hot coffee. Friendly staff. Only 4 customers allowed in at one time to meet social distancing rules. Off-road parking at the door.
S.Whilst the coffee was hot the pies were not. My venison and cranberry pie was full of gristle and thickening and not very hot . Not nice at all and I wouldn’t recommend this pie shop

V.I drove past and saw the sign "best pies" and like most Kiwis, we can't resist a great pie.
I was intending to sit down and eat my best pie with a coffee but it is takeaway only, so I stood outside eating my pie so I didn't get crumbs in the car. My choice of pie was the spicy Mexican mince and wild beans, I don't think I got a bean in the pie, but it was still a nice savoring mince pie all the same but not very spicy. Coffee was ok. I will call in again and try a more traditional Kiwi meat pie.

W.It’s been a couple of years since we were there but I had to look it up. The savory pies were that memorable! Service was fun, too, with the owner providing a huge helping of Kiwi sarcastic humor making fun of my parking style that had this Tx girl chuckling for quite a while afterwards!! We will make a special stop here the next time we are in the area for sure!

E.There was a group of three of us and we all really enjoyed our stay! Adrienne and Terry took good care of us. They allowed us to bring extra guests over for coffee and also provided extra milk, coffee pods, and chocolate favourites. Home is clean and bed & furniture is in good condition. It's also the most peaceful home I've been to!

A.Nice steak n cheese, solid custard square. But my well NZ travelled Dad reckons this place has the best sausage roll in all of the beautiful Aotearoa, which I neglected to try, maybe next time

T.Called in here on a drive back from Wellington to Rotorua. Just one of those moments when you spot a wee place to grab a bite and a drink. Just on waking in , after getting a cheery greeting was asked " be having a coffee today". I wasn't going to but who could say no after that. The friendly service was just the beginning. Pie in hand and off I went back to my drive home, the WOW, what an amazing pie. only had a very simple mince pie but it was amazing. Not often you find a pie of that quality anywhere. Highly recommend these guys and I know for sure I'll be returning (and probably ordering some for delivery if available). Thanks to the team at Annie's.
A.Hubby loves yr venison pie, mince and cheese is my fav, and the kids love the bronuts(brown chocolate donuts for anyone who hasn't tried these, so good!!!)
