I just wanted to commend Sarah from Hudson’s in Queensgate for really great service. Last Friday (11th Feb), my daughter and I came in to get a drink. Unfortunately, my daughter spilt about half of her frappe on the table. I went up to the counter and spoke to Sarah about it. She was very cool and calm in the situation. My daughter & I cleaned the mess up ourselves so she didn’t need to which was our choice to do. We made the mess, we clean it up. Sarah even replaced my rewards card so it wouldn’t become sticky and smelly from the spilt drink. The coffee was really nice and that is why we have come back again today. Thanks Sarah.

Three's a Charm is definitely a good treat. Staff member made my white chocolate matcha extra strength. Absolutely amazing!

I am a regular and I love being there with my toddler. Staffs are super friendly and tbh I miss the coffee during lockdown! And they delivered to me within 2 hours! I am too impressed! Thank you!

Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the area! Great staff, the atmosphere was cozy, nice and relaxing. I only popped in to get a take-away cappuccino and a pie but I was struck by how friendly the service was. The cappuccinos were wonderful too! And very well priced. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Truly amazing! Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and pies! Will be back again:)

Awesome place for coffee lovers to visit in Lower Hutt area - HUDSONS CAFE, Queensgate Mall. Just had a Mocha and Sausage Roll. A great combination of taste and awesome customer service experience.

A great taste of coffee coupled with excellent service with smile by their staff..the ambience and the environment at this place make me visit for their coffee at least twice a week..I would say do not miss out and try their coffee + nice sandwich 🥪 5 Star for sure...Keep up going guys👌

I’ve been to this cafe quite a few times since they opened and the staff are consistently courteous, friendly and professional and provide great service. My coronation chicken ciabatta today was excellent and the coffee was just the way I like it. Thanks team.

Weather its busy or not their quality never drops. You can actually feel the coffee taste in every sip. Staff is very nice,Mahendra (duty manager)always makes sure we got coffee on time and will ask how the coffee is? I will highly recommend hudsons.

This place had a really great variety of food and beverages. I absolutely love the hot chocolate that I have here frequently, along with a sweet of some sort. The service is also spot on and amazing. Overall, this place is awesome for anybody looking to grab a quick bite or a filling meal with fabulous beverages.

Practically go almost everyday but definitely every week. All the staff and Manager are so lovely, kind and friendly always ready with a smile. The best coffee makers around 😉 5 star + for sure👍

Excellent coffee. Perhaps best in Queensgate. The choice of beans is a nice addition. They also sells oat milk. I am very happy with my purchase here. It's always my first stop at Queensgate.
