G.Bit over an hour out from New Plymouth Waverley and this cafe are the perfect place to take a break. The coffee is good and it comes with a Jaffa (the chocolate sort)! The carrot cake is shown. The cat is happy to share the couch.
J.Great brunch on the way to Wellington after the weekend hiking to the Pouakai Tarns - we were famished and the food was scrumptious, it’s a longtime since we had a large sausage with a big breakfast. These women can cook!

J.I really enjoyed the coffee - awesome smooth flavour and just the right amount of foam on top. Came with a jaffa lolly on the side. Tasty choc-chip cookie for $1. Friendly smiling staff. Comfy couch to sink into... the resident cat thought so too. Toy animal table marker made me smile. Serviettes and cutlery on the table to hand. Off-street parking beside the cafe. Outdoor table in the shade.
G.So lucky to have such an awesome cafe in our small town. Clare and her staff make it a pleasant place to stop in for coffee and something to eat.

M.Beautiful coffee and THE most delicious Blue Cheese and Mushroom Filo 😍 My boyfriend has been trying to get me to eat blue cheese for the last 3 years, and we’ve FINALLY achieved it! This is a MUST stop if passing by. Had a lovely sunny outdoor space as well - we will definitely be back!

D.This is almost always my stop-off cafe between Wellington and Taranaki. Their coffees are nice and hot and their selection of cabinet food is inviting as is their cafe menu. The staff are always friendly. They have however caused me to become addicted to their cashew/ginger cookies though!! One time they had none in the jar and when I enquired they advised they had just come out of the oven and were too warm to ice yet. But they packed up a couple of cookies along with the icing in a separate container, so I could have them later.... and so, continuing to fuel my addiction.

A.Loved this place. I ordered the leek and potato soup with ciabatta and it was delishimo! You can tell they really care about good food and good service. More cafes around New Zealand should take note. Highly recommend.
A.Really good food and service. Had a nice feel about the place. It was spacious and warm. It's in a small town, (Waverley) but was much nicer than I would have expected from your average small town in NZ.
G.The place is one year old and looks brand new. Had a burger with fries, turn up pretty good. Simple dish well made. The waitresses are very kind. I recommend!
M.Every time I go they know my order! I can't help it but I love the fruitie spirulina drink and always get the Mushroom and Blue vein cheese wrapped in Filo pastry! Divine!
