M.Cafe new look is great, service excellent, but our french toast so disappointing.... toast with crumb covering not so nice,two very small pieces of bacon,a few berries, and little syrup ...notvso good at all.
S.Redesign looks really cute and the kai has definitely improved. The creamy mushrooms are the BEST! Their soups are really good too and often vegetarian. Wish they had more veg options (like a buddha bowl or salad main), but the chef is very accommodating and he is able to make adjustments so we always get a yummy meal. Coffee is Escape so it's always tino reka.
Service can be a little chaotic and confused. Mum almost bought a muffin with an allergen in it as she was told it was a different flavor, but it was caught in time.
Overall, a lovely little kawhe! We always try to stop in when we're in the area and look forward to mahana weather so we can sit in the courtyard.

D.Excellent place to eat and chat. We sat upstairs outside and had the balcony to ourselves for quite a while so no interruptions. Food was tasty, enjoyable and assortments to choose from. The women serving were efficient and waiting wasn't long.
F.DINNER is amazingly delicious and you should check it out. It is also verey cheap.
P.Busy little local with several seating areas. Awesome coffee, great scrambled eggs on toast and the Hub Breaky was also excellent. Popular with the locals when we were there on a Saturday morning...
J.My favorite spot in New Plymouth, Phenomenal service, so much space and options, consistently delicious coffee and the open steak sandwich is so so good I make sure I get to enjoy it at least once a week minimum.
G.Had a couple visits since moving to level 3 lock-down. And good on them for giving it a go. Had a date scone also today. Can't enjoy the ambience at the moment, but it's great to get out and have a semblance of normality again. So, thanks, guys!
D.Nice food, enough vegetarian options but table service could be better thought out. Had to ask separately for water, salt and pepper and the table to be wiped. Plus a saucer was chipped. This place should be humming on the weekends.
D.I watched food been walked through the cafe to outside and back again 6 times while I was there. Shows unorganized service. The food was ok have had the same dish elsewhere which was tastier the coffee was good but should have been hotter. Very average overall

B.The food was pretty good but the coffees were burnt and the banana smoothie was watery and flavorless. The coffees also came out at completely different times.
