J.Ebony's has amazing coffee, I highly recommend it. I am a regular customer and have tried many of their blends, all of them were great. The staff are legends, great service, reliable, personable, and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and very enjoyable.

A.I pick up my beans from Ebony and occasionally have a coffee. Great Roastery, buzzing environment and loyal regulars that keep coming back for more.
C.Have since returned only to be confronted by an elderly woman that would benefit from doing a customer service course.At a time when cafes are requesting that you do not bring your own cups this woman was enraged that I did not.
She said that she was quote ‘sick and tired of people like me not doing the right thing and sooner the government makes changes the better. ‘ There were paper cups on coffee machine.so why is she using them if she feels so strongly.Her sour tongue I thought reflected on the coffee at this point I cancelled my order as I did not want a sour taste.
Seriously she should retire or do some courses.
A.Still my personal favourite for coffee in Palmerston North after another year. Great taste, great price, no charge for extra espresso shots. They roast and sell their own beans, as well as provide equipment to make your own at home or for a business. Thoroughly recommended

J.Proper coffee! Lots of different blends and flavors. The two small seating areas are bathed in the smell of freshly-roasted coffee beans. Very helpful and friendly staff, too. Lovely!
