With a focus only on coffee, this shipping container of goodness is the must for any travelers passing through. Serving Havana coffee of Wellington fame, you will not go wrong. Plus, a discount for members of the military!

Nice outdoor coffee container with toilets next door. Friendly staff and good coffee. Was a bit cold the day we stopped so didn’t stay long outside.

Really good coffee. Quick service. Right by the clean public toilets on the south end of town. If you just want a coffee or tea this is a good pick to refresh.

Takeout Coffee Kiosk. A must stop when passing through Waiouru. Good Havana Coffee and a few chocolate bars and biscuits for sale as well as made on premises Chocolate Coated Marshmallow Balls and Apricot & Coconut Fudge. Havana cups must be the coolest takeout cups around, they are 'Innocent Packaging' made and recyclable/compostable. Jailhouse also sells "Keep Cups" to use over and over. Set up now in a converted shipping container (used to be in a small truck parked in same place). A real home built Kiwi enterprise! It is on the grass area behind the Public Bathrooms (open 24/7), access on the Caltex Truck Stop on corner of Rangipo Street. Ignore Google Streetview which shows a photo from 2008, the Caltex Service Station is long gone, easy parking in front of the cafe

Focused solely on coffee, very few other goodies so if you feel snacky, you should go somewhere else. If you want a quick service and great coffee, this is the right place.
