S.Good selection of food, drinks were just as asked for. And our server was a friendly young man who couldn't have given us better service.
B.Had the most amazing, large flat white. My friend had an iced coffee with cream which had hokey pokey bits in it. We were most impressed. The young lady who served us was super friendly and helpful. She even greeted us as we left and wished us a great day. Definitely a go to in Plaza Mall.

L.Had a lovely cheesecake and orange juice. I could see three girls on. I knew one of them and from my time there...The one I knew was always busy. Thank you Sharlene... So I ordered.. and there was a chatty girl, chatting away to her co- workers.. seemed fine. I seat I chose, was in the sun, I thought it would be too hot but it was fine. The table was unwiped, and I couldn't be bothered going and asking for a cloth, but as I sat down I noticed pretty much most the tables infront if me hadn't been cleared. I thought oh ok. They must be busy, but over the time I sat there the chatty girl just chatted.. and for almost 10 min.. did the tables remain that way. Girl with the blue hair was a worker and the short girl. But one girl.. did hardly anything.
J.I put in my order before 12 and only 2 others in the queue then, glad I did as the queue lengthened soon after. I took advantage of the free birthay month muffin. Service is slow here but the food and drink is good. Great cuppa tea and my guest liked the taste and size of a medium coffee. Mince pie was tasty.
G.I had a couple of peach & cream muffins. Mmmmmm!! Delicious!!! Good staff to help you with your choices of muffins, cakes, slices, and pies and sandwiches. And also hot and cold drinks, such as coffees, teas, and milkshakes.

K.Been going to Muffin Break twice a week for years. We enjoy the coffee, the staff have always been great, food is good but needs to be swapped for something different every now and again otherwise it seems same old same old...
D.The best thing you can say about a franchise is it is like all the rest good coffee friendly service no long wait . Didn't have food this time but the cabinet was well stocked
K.Second time in a row the coffee is sub standard. I ordered a long back in a small cup. There is no crema on top. Its looks and tastes like a weak instant coffee. Maybe the barista is not aware you should put a dbl shot in a long black? Don't top up the cup with water...you just weaken the coffee! Is your barista qualified?
E.We often come here for the snacks and coffee. Reasonable prices.
July 20 Today the carrot cake was stale, but they usually do better than this.
D.Always nice to sit down and watch the world race past... this is one of those places... weather your looking down on the road or just watching the mall foot traffic always something to see. The food and coffees here are good to which tops of the experience.

Y.I love their muffins! Their choc chip ones are a personal fav! I'm also partial to their savoury muffins such as their ham & cheese and their spinach & cream cheese muffins!
L.The hot chocolate I ordered was tasteless and weak couldn't taste the chocolate the egg sandwich was mediocre will not go back
T.I only order a latte and apple pie with cream and that's really good. Not sure how anything else is?

l.Not si happy with it as used to be not that the coffee and muffins are not nice they have halved the size and upped the price.
L.I have recently discovered the Hazelnut Milkshake. YUM! I've never thought of that as a flavour before but it's amazing.
