L.Beautiful food! Pacha is chatty and funny and you can tell he cares about his food. Hot chili is actually hot, food is cooked in front of you, delicious and fresh. You can tell as soon as you walk in it's going to be tasty.
D.Pacha's Kebabs, from what I've gathered is solely run by the man Pacha himself. Everytime you walk in he treats you like a friend not a customer. He cooks all his meat fresh on a hot plate grill so you know what you're getting is quality. 3 sizes available, 4 If you include kids sizes for kebabs which is a nice option change from small or large. Hot sauce has got a good kick to it which I've noticed most other Mediterranean places lack.
