Another Robert Harris franchise cafe, this one at Coastlands Shopping Centre. Coffee is good as are apple/orange fruit drinks and free water. Cabinet food is excellent, but portions are small and expensive at $9.00 per serving (other similar cafes in region are $7 to $8per slice for similar fare. Pre-made ready to heat cheese and ham toasted samwhiches are also $9 each. If cost isn't an issue this cafe has a nice ambience and helpful staff

August2021: coffee to start the day and a great cheese scone with a hint of heat.. Could be paprika.. Happy team, thanks for letting us in early. Was cold and wet out. Psst, just listening to the friendly banter from your team to other customers.. Soo nice to hear the chatter. May2021: A winters day, jobs done went for a treat here. Ginger Gem and a great hot coffee. Staff were busy and on point with the customers. 😁

Great coffee! The same cant be said for the food on the menu though, seems like an after thought. Lacks taste and freshness and is overpriced for the quality of food. Their cabinet food is not too bad, maybe all the focus are on those and not so much on the hot food. Will stick to just coffee here if in the area.

Was a wonderful stop in our trip, I had the waffles and my husband had the big breakfast. Cant fault either they were both lovely

Great atmosphere and service. Was late afternoon so not a lot in the cabinet savoury wise. Ham and pineapple melt was great. But voulavant was over cooked when heated but still edible.

Just a coffee and a steak and cheese pie. Pastry a bit soft perhaps heated in a microwave. However very nice taste plenty of meat just the right amount of gravy and cheese. Very busy which is a good thing for a business selling food.

Delicious food, and service was above average. The tables were very dirty when we arrived though, and smelt like food had been sitting there for a while. Do recommend if you have a little spare money lying around (pretty expensive).

Most of the food is pretty good. Sad a few things dropped off the menu like the amazing oatmeal hotcakes are gone, and the hollindaise sauce tastes like its made with rice bran oil instead of butter. Coffee is above avarage

This place has the best coffee and the freshest food on the kapiti coast. Good variety and extremely good service from the well trained and willing staff.
