Great coffee, consistent with other Starbucks that I have been to. The cafe is spacious with good customer service. I recommend the caramel macchiato.

OK. So everyone loves Starbucks right??? I mean, they have something for everyone. They should be the go-to coffee shop... and they are. But unfortunately as such a big business, and with all their coffee cups, they are also very bad for the environment. Sooooo, I suppose its ok to go here occasionally, but this should be limited to absolutely no more than once a month (less is better). Consider making your own coffee at home, or supporting one of the small local cafe businesses, and enjoying your coffee in a regular mug in the cafe, and not having to throw it out. Every little act of kindness towards our environment counts

Was really looking forward to the Starbucks experience, was a bit of a let down. Coffee was good but food was pricy and not that great. Roadworks were being done around the store so not much of a view unfortunately. I will say the staff were very pleasant.

You only got paper cups and not allowed to sit inside. Great on a dry day, but not raining.

Lovely Coffee called into Starbucks today to try the new drinks addition the store was really busy we had a lovely barista couldn't quite read her name tag (Mai) who was great with the kids my 6 year old son insisted on paying for his cream Frappuccino which he was 60c short she kept quite and grabbed from I'm assuming their tip jar. I recommend the toffee nut Frappuccino it's DELICIOUS. Lovely Coffee lovely service thanks starbucks

Not normally a fan, coffee was good, queue was long but 10 mins later I was sipping my coffee in the sun.

Super lovely staff on a Sunday afternoon, quiet atmosphere, not loud banging sounds making it hard to talk.

Haven't been to a Starbucks for quite a while, so not sure how this compares to others. Service was really friendly and fast. My latte was quite good, my custard square was good., Sausage rolls was pretty bland.

I absolutely love this place. I am a frequent customer and I've never once been dissatisfied with their service. The Baristas are super friendly and after some time, know their customers by name. - Kim

A lovely experience, I ordered coffee and asked if they sold a small bottle of water, only had large bottles. I was given a glass of water which thought was thoughtful and wonderful customer service. This Starbucks is in Rotorua

Great experience taking my niece for her first visit to Starbucks, pity there weren't more soft seats though very tiny seating area, but staff great, just need to learn how to make a great vegan iced coffee.

Great location which is at heart of Rotorua CBD, staff are alright, some are really friendly. I was once a fan of Starbucks when I was overseas but not anymore since I’ve been in New Zealand. Their coffee is not that rich and too commercialised. Their cabinet food appear dry and doesn’t seem to be worth the price. There a lot of better coffee shops in Rotorua, yet Starbucks is just average. Will still pay them a visit though but to try something else and not for coffee.

Coffee was great and staff were polite. Small store and minimal food options sadly! We were here around 10am Sunday and the cabinet food hadn't finished being set up yet.

Nice and relatively convenient location. Very clean and orderly. I wish they would open a little earlier but understand the lay of the land. Staff was friendly and personable. Wi-Fi was good. Parking can be tricky. Overall a typical Starbucks.

Starbucks sets the standard in espresso tastes. Like MacDonald's French fries, Starbucks good quality standard espresso is the same found in Rotorua as in Rome. Bean quality and large turnover rule over organic coffee bean inconsistencies and often bitter coffee experiences. A better cafe layout and food selection would make this cafe one of the best in Rotorua.

Great coffee, amazing staff, only 2 on and just rushed off their feet but still gave awesome service.

Very nice location on a Sunday to have a coffee farmer's market pain on right outside Starbucks the only thing was my caramel latte was a little bit too weak and had to ask for an extra shot and she gladly obliged with me no hesitation to make it taste better thank you so much Starbucks

Friendly staff great coffee and the best frappes

Pin dropped this from my gps so its the opposite corner.. Use google maps so much to find my favourite coffee shop. Pity the owners haven't taken the time to do it themselves so I did it for them after driving through the streets for a bit to stumble on this.

Place was dirty and we had to clean out own table before sitting down. Coffee was good as usual

always full is a good sign and here they be over flowing some days, the coffee is quite nice, the food is OK and for the price its a nice stop on your way to the lake front for a cruse.

Amazing service from staff, they were welcoming and efficient. The girls working today were lovely and apologised for making us wait due to the machine being a little slow, we had no problem waiting at all! We make a point to stop in here as we pass through because we don't have one in Palmy so starbucks is always a treat. First time trying the pink drink and it lives up to the hype. The iced chocolates are also very good.
