J.Lovely decaff roast, latte is superb, barista is skilled. Need to find out if they accept vaccine passes for entry into premises.

P.Lovely cafe. Roasts their own coffee. Right next to the waters - on the other side of the road from Bobby's Fish Market.
Their bean blend called Jolt is especially nice.
They have a small selection of well chosen bakery desserts on the side. The blueberry friands with lemon curd are especially good.
The cafe layout is classy, yet informal. With jute sacks of coffee beans on one side, and industrial furniture (crank stools, iron high tables and bar stools) creating a very conducive atmosphere to have a leisurely coffee. Though it closes at 3pm (being from Singapore, I still can't quite get my head around to the early closing time of Kiwi cafes and shops.. ;)
The staff is very polite and friendly, and is happy to explain the intricacies of the coffees they are offering. And they are just starting some redesign of their interiors (with additional shelving along the walls and more greens inside apparently) - so it would be a revamped look by 2019..
Strongly recommend - do give it a visit.
