I literally drive out of my way to get coffee from these guys most mornings. Buzzing little spot with a handy coffee window on the side. Awesome staff and vibe. This is the best coffee I’ve had in a very long time 👍

The guys at Folk Brewers make some of the best coffee in NZ. I visited the cafe today for the first time and I was made feel very welcome. Loved the coffee and my toasted sandwich.

Coffee here yesterday, great service and a 5 star coffee. Had to buy the beans they roast themselves "Folk Brew", they also did not disappoint. Recommend.

Folk is a beautiful space constantly inspiring people. Always full of great atmosphere, it’s constantly packed with people of all kinds. Hans, the owner, has the biggest smile on his lovely face, genuinely greeting you as you walk in. Yes, of course the coffee is always executed with precision. Hans is a bloody magician. But there’s more to just coffee and the taste of it. The reason why this espresso bar stands our from all the others is because Hans knows the philosophy behind coffee. Folk is the people.

Easily the best coffee in town, served up by some top people. It's a relaxed space, and Hans always makes you feel like part of the furniture. Do yourself a favour, drop in and experience Folk for yourself.

If you are a coffee connoisseur, you won’t be disappointed with Hans and co’s amazing coffee. If your not passing by, it’s worth a detour. It’s the sort of place you go when you want a proper coffee made by people who consider it an art. I would give it 6 stars if there was an option.

Folk is my go to when anyone asks me where to get the best coffee in Tauranga. Hans and the team do an incredible job, the coffee is superb, and the space is very welcoming.
